What is your passion?? I love choosing every item of food " FUEL" (⛽=🔋) I add to a dish with care and respect 🙏. It's almost as if I'm taking it on a personal journey to a final destination. I describe passion as "something that transfixes me to a point of pure concentration". Every problem of the world, personally dissappears". All of my extra worries I carry around like Hercules for you beautiful folks, your families and my own family go away for maybe the only moment in my day as I work in near trance captivated by the anticipation I know folks will feel while smiling, laughing and loving as they methodically choose their own "final destination" choices of the bounty spread about them. Food is a therapeutic engagement that we can all feast upon when in need. Much love and special thanks to @chilesandsmoke for the 📸 as well as @alfrugoni for being the sexiest #Argentinian 🇦🇷 hand model out there. @socialfeasts #socialfeasts2021
