Behind these clean white shaker doors lies a fully bespoke birch plywood interior, hand-crafted to make the most of every inch. Each section has been thoughtfully designed with a combination of open hanging rails for everyday pieces, adjustable shelving for folded clothes and accessories, and beautifully constructed dovetail-jointed drawers — their exposed finger joints a quiet nod to traditional craftsmanship done properly. The result? A floor-to-ceiling wall of storage that feels effortless from the outside, and endlessly practical on the inside. No wasted space, no flat-pack compromises — just solid, considered joinery built around the way you live. #BespokeJoinery #FittedWardrobes #CustomStorage #BedroomDesign #BirchPlywood Photography by @south_east_interiorphotography Timber supplied by @wenbansmith Decorating by @dome_decorating by @savastano_carpentry
Often overlooked and underutilised, the space beneath a staircase is one of the home's greatest untapped resources. In this beautifully considered hallway, that dead space has been transformed into a seamlessly integrated storage solution that is as elegant as it is functional. Pull-out drawers, cleverly angled to follow the rake of the staircase, provide generous shoe storage without compromising the clean lines of the space. When closed, the cabinetry presents a refined, panelled facade — painted in a deep navy blue and finished with sculptural brass tab handles #BespokeFurniture #CustomCabinetry #InteriorJoinery #BuiltInStorage #BespokeInteriors @dome_decorating @south_east_interiorphotography @wenbansmith by @savastano_carpentry
This stunning property boasts 3.4m high ceilings and the customer wanted to utilise every centimeter. From floor to ceiling and fitted within an alcove, this wardrobe keeps everything organised with a clean, effortless look. The oak drawers and interior, finished in osmo hardwax oil offer seamless storage. These bespoke eaves units and bookcases simultaneously serve as elegant storage and display for an array of cherished items in a family bedroom. I designed the bookcases with even compartment depths for a balanced and symmetrical look. The eaves units turn wasted space into functional and elegant storage. I made these oak veneered cupboards and floating shelves recently for customers near Hove Park. All of the doors feature push to open catches and have a chamfered top edge to act as a finger pull which is also fully veneered. The doors are finished in Satin Hard Wax. For this project I was asked to make an Oak wine rack with lighting. I also made matching oak cupboard and wardrobe doors above and below the wine rack. The whole wall measures over 4 metres high so this was quite a challenge to install. This was made for a wonderful customer who has the most amazing apartment overlooking palmeira square in Hove. Thank you to @mcgelectrics for installing the lighting. Thank you to @south_east_interiorphotography for the photography. #carpenter #carpentry #woodworking #construction #woodwork #woodworker #wood #tools #builder #electrician #design #diy #handmade #contractor #interiordesign #carpenterlife #renovation #plumber #furniture #wooddesign #joinery #homedecor #home #woodshop #building #woodcraft #woodart #plumbing #craftsman #homeimprovement by @savastano_carpentry
