Peep these pictures 👀 7 months ago. 7 months back, I counted on ME. For 7 months I bet on MY strengths and capabilities. 7 months ago I was borderline obese, yes my doctor said that numerous times. Years prior, Diagnosed with Graves’ disease and endometriosis. I’ve had my appendix, gallbladder, then thyroid all removed. Low energy, extreme panic and anxiety disorder paired with a cool glass of OCD🫠. I was craving a change, a new routine SOMETHING to pull me out of my own trenches. I went from a size 16 tight pants to a size 10 comfortably. My weight and health has always drastically fluctuated, until I did something about it. Now, I have energy to play with my kids, work a full time job, maintain a healthy marriage, and start to find and love myself. That’s all I’ve ever wanted. All because I bet on myself 7 months ago and pushed play, and PUT IN THAT HARD ASS WORK BBY. Jelly roll announced he too was on a health and fitness journey around this time, I quickly followed suit. He has inspired me on so many levels. And so has this program, I joined to have something catered to what I want and need out of a fitness routine. My “long winded” point, find what makes you happy and feeds your soul. Bet on your damn self. PERIOD. #healthfitnesswellness#fitnessjourney#nopainnogain#JellyRoll#jellyrollinspired#beachbody#itsgivingbodiodiodiodi by @savh8
14 yrs of marriage. At the end of the day it’s just you and me, our souls were meant for each other. To find your life partner at such a young age is something you usually only see in fairytales. You’ve always been my hero, my rock, and my safe space. Despite being a literal pain in my ass 😅 iloveyou. Ever Thine. Ever Mine. Ever Ours #14yearsmarried#powercouple#10.27.09#younglove #itsthatjellybunniemagickindalove#mainone#rider by @savh8
Vulnerability post sorry for the language. I made this video on Dec 8th 2023. I am still so proud of myself - this was a personal goal. Small to some but obviously huge to me. I can proudly say I kill my burpees, I keep up in non modified moves and I can do actual push ups. When I tell you this program was put into my life at such a crucial part (I’ll spare the details) I mean it. Mental and physical health is SO important. I stay feeling inspired and determined watching my video diaries and seeing how far I’ve came in a fast 6 months. Feeling grateful and empowered by @savh8
