‼️ CALL FOR ARTISTS ‼️ i have in the works a small batch small can run of drinks that are collaborations with some farmers and food folk who i deeply admire. i need artists and also graphic designers to help with the 6 unique labels. this photo scroll is an homage to almost 10 years of work with my extremely talented daughter ruby jeanie, and to danielle autran who laid the groundwork for the savouré brand. i am looking to broaden my reach for this side project, hoping for art that is different yet also somehow echoes the savouré vibe. please dm me or email if you are interested; please share publicly or w anyone you know who might be interested. by @savouremtlvt
big news (sez me) on the savouré seltzer front: i have reworked our carrot seltz flavour!! this guy had the hardest time scaling up, the magic of it in 5 gallon form just got lost in translation, so i iterated to a seasonal favorite soda flavour that we love and seltzified -> it is now PEACH-CARROT-GOCHUGARU 🥕🍑 it will still be made w organic carrots & their tops from @footprintfarm but we are adding in lovely local peaches... keeping the spicy bit but pivoting from aleppo to the more flavourful and rounded korean chile flake. should be out in the next week so stay tuned!! 🫧🤞📻🫶🫧 by @savouremtlvt

for those of you who (like me) sometimes skim long overly-feelzy posts here are the cliff notes. we are moving, not closing! end of our main street era, starting a new one focussed on growth. all good things for savouré 🫧 by @savouremtlvt
🚨 BIG NEWS! 🧨 after almost a dozen years, savouré is moving from main street and TANDEM, our little community food & fun project, is ending. i landed back home in vt from montréal in 2014 w my small biz & small family and was lucky enough to set up in bristol w lauren gammon / nomadic chef catering shortly thereafter. it is where i got my footing in vermont, connected w the local business community and began to establish savouré stateside. it was always a project not a business, a space to engage the community and spread our joy of food, farms, bevs and gathering. over the years we: •started a night market when bristol had no farmers market and no natural foods store •conceptualized and then started the annual lumen festival of light w @bristolcorevt •shared our kitchen w three fabulous anchor businesses: @ariels_honey_infusions @vsmileypreserves & @downhill_bread •hosted countless pop up dinners with guests including 5 james beard-nominated chefs. the allstar list includes: @atasteofabyssinia @savor.las.hermosas @honeyroadrestaurant @fancys_btv @arabic_food_middlebury_vt @cafemamajuanavt @vegansecretsupper @tacogordovt @haymakerbuns @thearcadianvt @garamtavaclub @juliannemurat and MANY more •joyfully and gratefully shared our space for a decade w @footprintfarm and got to watch their farm and family grow •reimagined chocolate walk w fabulous guest vendors for many years •held a decade of annual lunar new year dim sum dinners •set up our annual community shrine around the day of the dead (a personal favorite tradition) •hosted countless fundraisers, stoop sales, dance parties, sports award ceremonies, and 1 wedding reception it is where our kids grew up, where we lived as families raising industry kids discovering the obtuse joy of setting up a poker game in the back room during service, gathering around a huge bowl of kung pao cauliflower at the end of the night, absorbed the rhythym of a kitchen, a small town, a community where we creatively carved out an open and welcoming place to enjoy food and eachother. i am gratefully pivoting to a new production space and lots of new and exciting opportunities for this small family bev biz. THANK YOU, bristol. by @savouremtlvt

i am LOVING this new seltzer and am also loving alllll the feedback we've been getting. cherry and mahleb are a classic combo; the almond just gives the whole vibe a cohesive boost 🍒🤎 words to laud it include: "habit forming", "well coordinated", "pretty", "my new top pick" and maybe my fave, "like cherry dr pepper but seltzer". however you describe this magical match, it is mightly tasty and very versitile. i am almost sold out of this first run so pls go give it a try and lmk your thoughts, yeah? this batch features gorgeous frozen cherries from @burttsappleorchard but / and i am always on the hunt for a variety of types of cherry and i fyi prefer them whole w pits so please - as always - keep me in mind if you know a guy or have a tree or are an orchardist, i want to buy / pick / glean your fruit!! FINAL note: artwork is as always by my fabulously talented youngest daughter @rubyjean_004 feat my beloved nephew cameron @ijc461a w our cat (named tbd bc we could not agree on a name) as a wee wild but snuggly kitten 🫧 by @savouremtlvt
