Race week again! 🇰🇷
Tongyeong World Cup this weekend.

Hoping for some warmer and drier weather than we had in Beijing last weekend

Empty from the gun today 🪫💀
My body just didn’t respond to the intensity of racing the way I’d hoped after a bout of food poisoning and interrupted training.
-
At this level, being even a couple of percent off is enough to put you on the back foot from the start.
-
One more race to go in this European block with the London World Series in two weeks. Hoping to put this one behind me and finish on a high.

27th for me today in Alghero 🇮🇹
-
Absolutely stacked field here in Sardinia and a privilege to toe the line with the best in the world. Wishing the athletes who crashed a quick recovery 🤙
-
I’m honestly quite happy with this result after 2 bouts of sickness in the past 6 weeks interrupting my training significantly 🤒.
-
Put myself in the front group out the water and stayed away on the bike. Run was a bit off pace but it’s where I’m at right now 🤷.
-
Now back to Banyoles 🇪🇸 for a solid block leading into the next few races of my European campaign.

See you soon NZ 🌍 by @saxonmorgan_

❌ No finals for me today at the Super Sprint Champs ❌

Picked up a bit of sickness over the last couple of days and haven’t been able to shake it in time.

It’s been a solid start to the 2026 season, so disappointing to miss out today, but it’s the right decision with plenty more racing ahead.

Next up: Chengdu World Cup in a few weeks 🇨🇳🔥 by @saxonmorgan_

4th place for me at the Gold Coast Continental Cup last weekend.
Put myself in the right position off the bike, just didn’t quite have the legs on the run.
Big congrats to the boys on the podium @braydenmercer_ and @theschofieldtwins 👏

5th place at the Oceania Standard Distance Champs over the weekend.
-
Solid swim and managed to get away in a small group with a few of the Aussie lads on the bike, which set the race up well. The run wasn’t my best as I had to manage a few cramps and calf issue, but held it together to bring it home in 5th.
-
Happy with a solid result. But as always, wanting more. Time to get the body back into good condition before closing out the Oceania season with a few more races.

2nd 🥈 at the Napier Oceania Sprint Champs this weekend. Stoked with how the body is tracking after a consistent summer block of training.

Plenty to build on and excited for what’s ahead.

P23 at Elite World Champs 🇦🇺
-
My best WTCS result and strongest performance across all three disciplines in a while. Really happy to see the hard work from this year paying off.
-
The crowds in Wollongong were unreal — I could hardly hear myself breathe! Big thanks to everyone who came out and everyone cheering from back home.
-
Taking some time now to rest and recover before locking in for a big summer of training and racing ☀️🔒 by @saxonmorgan_

First Elite World Champs this weekend in Wollongong

Time to roll the dice and see how I stack up against the best in the world. 🎲🌍 by @saxonmorgan_

Wasn’t my day in Weihai today. After feeling strong last weekend, I was expecting more, so it hurts to come up short, but it’s all part of the journey…
I’ll take the lessons and move forward
