To close NEDA week I’ll give a quick overview of my story (since I’ve posted a longer version before). In 2021 I was admitted to children’s hospital for a little over a week due to low heart rate, following that I had stayed in children partial outpatient program 3 times. However I ver these stays, and between them, and after them, I’ve met many amazing and inspiring people who’ve helped pull me through. I’ve also gotten Milo who’s been some of the biggest help in the world. Though I’m absolutely not grateful for the illness I struggled with, I am grateful for the help I received and the support I felt. Eating disorders are not aesthetic and a cute girly thing, they are FATAL. Please, please tell someone if you need support, you matter and you are loved. As always, keep fighting. keep winning. I love you🤍 by @sayge__sempek
