People often ask me, “So, what exactly do you do?”

I could give you a list of titles: Global Business Consultant, Founder, Project Manager, Startup Advisor. But those are just words on a page.
What I actually do is build bridges and untangle knots.

I walk into situations where a brilliant idea is struggling to find its footing, where a business is growing but in a state of chaos, or where a company is ready to expand but doesn’t know how to cross borders.
My job is to bring order to that chaos.

As a Startup Advisor, I get in the trenches with founders because I’ve been there myself. As a Management Consultant, I create the blueprint for sustainable growth, structuring businesses for efficiency and profit. I then take on the role of a Project Manager, bringing that plan to life step-by-step.

This journey doesn’t stop at the local level. As a specialist in Bilateral Trade, I help companies connect with international markets, forging new relationships and unlocking global opportunities. I see a business not just as a local entity, but as a potential player on the world stage.

And finally, through Events and Marketing, I give that purpose a voice crafting a narrative that captivates and connects.

Ultimately, I am a builder. I turn a raw idea into a structured business, a local company into a global player, and an ambitious vision into a tangible reality.

What’s the one thing you’re building right now? I’d love to hear your story.

The voices inside my head lol 😂 and there’s a season for each activity…..Right now I’m in between making millions of dollars and going on another vacation 🤭 by @scalewithsarah

One of the biggest things building Boshan @boshan.co has taught me is that clarity doesn’t always come before action.

When I started, I had the vision.

But I didn’t have every answer.

I was figuring out the products, the market, the positioning, the operations and honestly, sometimes I was figuring things out as I went.

I used to think I needed to know more before I could move.

But building taught me something different:

Sometimes you move with the information you have, and the next step gives you the information you didn’t have.

That’s how Boshan grew.

Not from one perfect plan, but from a series of decisions, adjustments, lessons and sometimes, starting again.

Looking back, Boshan is more than a business I built.

It’s evidence that you don’t always become ready and then start.

Sometimes, you start and become ready along the way.

That’s Brave Before Ready.

A Radical Story To Be Told 🦋 by @scalewithsarah

Sometimes procrastination doesn’t look like doing nothing.

Sometimes it looks like doing everything except the thing.

Another plan.
Another round of research.
Another, I’ll start next month.

And because it looks productive, we convince ourselves we’re making progress.

But there comes a point where preparation stops being preparation and starts becoming protection.

Protection from being seen.
From getting it wrong.
From finding out that the idea in your head needs work in reality.

So here’s something I’ve been asking myself lately: (COURAGE AUDIT)

Am I actually missing information, or am I avoiding action?

Because sometimes, you already know enough.

You just need to start.

Make the call.
Send the proposal.
Launch the idea.
Have the conversation.

Your next breakthrough might not require another lesson.

It might require a receipt.

Proof that you started.

The Brave One 😌

Becoming 🦋 by @scalewithsarah

People often see the results but not the moments before them.

The self-doubt.
The uncertainty.
The opportunities I said yes to before I felt fully ready.

That’s why I started Brave Before Ready.

Because some of the most important things I’ve done didn’t begin with confidence. They began with courage.

I’ve learned that readiness doesn’t always come before action.

Sometimes, you become ready by doing.

This series is about the honest side of building businesses, careers, skills, and yourself while you’re still figuring things out.

If you’ve been waiting to feel ready before you start, this is for you.

You don’t have to be ready. You just have to be brave enough to begin.

Cheers to Brave Before Ready 🥂 by @scalewithsarah
