In case you’ve landed here recently…
or you’ve been here a while but never had the full story - Let me properly introduce myself.

I’m obsessed with skin.
I’m always in education.
I will absolutely talk barrier function over dinner.

And yes… I am the one at the table asking someone to get their arm / chest / leg out to show me a “quick lesion” between courses.

Occupational hazard.

But there’s also the drive.
The discipline.
The very stubborn determination to always do things properly.

The family who keep me grounded.
The ambition that keeps me moving.
The gym sessions that keep me sane.

I’m always learning.
Always evolving.
Always growing - in business, in life and probably in muscle mass too.

A peel… that feels like a spa experience? Yes really 🌿✨

The Algae Peel is non-ablative, so it won’t strip your skin like an acid peel or ablative laser. Tiny natural spicules work into the skin, and for around 24 hours every time you touch your face you’ll feel a tingle almost like electricity. The weirdest sensation, yet clients love that they can feel it working.

Make no mistake, this is a serious peel. I’ve tried most peels out there, and from my opinion this one gives me better results than any of them, without the acid sting. Over 5-7 days it triggers a full cellular turnover for fresh, glowing skin 💫

This client has sensitive, barrier-compromised skin, the kind that usually rules peels out. This treatment opens the door for clients who couldn’t have a peel before.

Then the moment everyone waits for: a calming mask and the ice globes ❄️ Beautiful chilled glass globes glide slowly over the face. Clients call it pure bliss, a sensation unlike anything else.

The perfect pre-event treatment 🥂 Book 7–10 days before so you’re glowing on the day.

The peel for people who thought peels weren’t for them 💚

Peri-orbital and perioral dermatitis are everywhere right now, and there’s a reason why. 👀

Most of us are using far more actives than our skin needs, and often without realising it. Acids, retinoids, vitamin C and exfoliating toners are hiding in cleansers, serums, moisturisers and even eye creams.

It usually goes like this: you layer active on active, and your skin starts to break out. So you reach for something stronger, then something stronger again… until your skin barrier just can’t tolerate any more. That’s when it turns red, swollen and really sore, and once it takes hold it can be tricky to settle.

That’s exactly what happened to my lovely client. As a firefighter, she has to wear her kit, and her skin was making that really uncomfortable. 🔥

With 1 treatment and 3 carefully chosen homecare products, look at the difference in just weeks. 🤍

You’re not supposed to know every ingredient, what it does, or what can and can’t be layered together. That’s my qualification, and that’s my job. ✨

Sometimes the answer isn’t more, it’s less. Quite often when you come to see me, I’ll simplify your routine considerably, and that’s when the results really start to happen.

If your skin is struggling and you don’t know where to start, book a skin consultation through the link in my bio and let’s work it out together. by @scin.matters

This client came to us with a raised, pigmented seborrhoeic keratosis on his abdomen. It’s a very common, non-cancerous skin growth, and one many people simply live with without realising it can be removed.

Before treatment, the lesion was assessed so we knew exactly what we were dealing with. Immediately after removal it leaves a superficial, graze-like wound that only needs simple aftercare. At four weeks, the skin has healed flat and will keep settling over the coming months.

Seborrhoeic keratoses are harmless, but they can catch on clothing, itch, or just bother you. If you’ve got a spot you’re unsure about, our lesion screening is the place to start.

Sebaceous Hyperplasia - those stubborn little bumps that just won’t budge!

If you have small, raised, skin-coloured or slightly yellowish bumps on your face, particularly around your forehead, nose and cheeks, you may have sebaceous hyperplasia.

These are benign enlargements of the sebaceous (oil-producing) glands. They often have a slightly shiny appearance with a little dip in the centre.

And they’re incredibly frustrating! You can’t squeeze them, makeup tends to sit around them rather than disguise them, and skincare products won’t simply make them disappear.

The good news? They respond beautifully to advanced electrolysis!

Using a very fine probe, we introduce a tiny amount of electrical current into the affected gland. The heat generated helps break down and liquefy the sebaceous material within it. With larger lesions, we can then gently extract some of that material manually.

The results can be absolutely fantastic, leaving the skin looking noticeably smoother and more even.

But there’s one important consideration…

Sebaceous hyperplasia can sometimes resemble basal cell carcinoma (BCC), a form of skin cancer. This is why correctly identifying the lesion before treatment is so important.

If there’s any uncertainty, we can arrange a dermatology assessment through our clinic, using dermoscopic images reviewed remotely by a dermatologist. We would never treat a lesion without being confident it was appropriate to do so.

If you’ve been putting up with these frustrating little bumps, you don’t have to!

Advanced electrolysis could be the solution you’ve been looking for.

DID YOU KNOW THAT SKIN LESIONS CAN BE TREATED WITHOUT SACRIFICING YOUR TATTOO? 🖤

And this is exactly why I LOVE advanced electrolysis!

Imagine having a tattoo you absolutely love, but instead of admiring the artwork, your eyes are constantly drawn to one thing you wish wasn’t there.

For this client, it was a prominent, bright red cherry angioma sitting right in the middle of their tattoo.

It had become a real confidence issue, taking away from something they should have been enjoying.

This is where the incredible precision of advanced electrolysis comes into its own.

Unlike laser and cryo treatments, which can interact with tattoo pigments, advanced electrolysis uses an incredibly fine probe to deliver carefully controlled energy directly to the unwanted lesion.

No broad beams of light. No reliance on pigment absorption. Just exceptionally precise, targeted treatment.

And the result? ✨

The raised cherry angioma has been treated, while the surrounding tattoo artwork has been beautifully preserved.

It’s not just about removing a skin lesion. It’s about giving someone the confidence to enjoy their skin AND their tattoo again.

Of course, not every lesion is suitable for treatment, and preserving tattoo pigment can never be guaranteed. Careful assessment, technique and expertise are essential.

But cases like this are exactly why I’m so passionate about advanced electrolysis.

Tiny probe. Incredible precision. A BIG difference. 🖤

One session. Four weeks later. ✨

Skin tags are benign, non-cancerous growths that are usually harmless… but boy, can they be annoying!

They’re very common in areas of friction, such as along the bra line, where clothing can catch and rub against them day after day.

This video shows the before and the results four weeks after just ONE session. Look how beautifully the skin has healed-you can’t even see a trace!

Such a small change can make a huge difference to your everyday comfort and confidence. For someone who’s been putting up with them for years, it can feel life-changing.

Small blemish or larger lesion - if it’s affecting your confidence, you don’t have to simply put up with it.

I specialise in treating benign skin lesions of all shapes and sizes using advanced electrolysis, from skin tags and milia to cherry angiomas, seborrhoeic keratoses and thread veins. The results are fantastic, and seeing the difference it makes to someone’s confidence is why I love what I do.

Dullness? Congestion? Dehydration? Whatever your skin needs, my Hydrofacial has plenty to offer.

This is a specialised treatment combining hands-on care with several skin technologies, each chosen for your individual concerns.

Hydrodermabrasion combines liquid exfoliation using AHAs and BHAs with suction to lift away dead skin cells, excess oil and debris, revealing smoother, fresher-looking skin.

Ultrasound helps enhance the absorption of selected skincare ingredients. High frequency can be incorporated for targeted care of congested skin, while LED provides light therapy selected to support your skin’s needs.

With multiple handpieces and treatment options, I can create a genuinely bespoke facial. The combination I use for your skin may be completely different from the next client’s.

The goal? Skin that looks brighter, feels smoother and has that fresh, hydrated glow.

Your skin changes, and your facial should respond to that.

When I first invested in radiofrequency microneedling, I had absolutely no intention of offering body treatments.

I’m all about skin - but body treatments had never interested me because, quite frankly, I hadn’t seen results that impressed me.

Then I was told, “You need to try it on the stomach-the skin rejuvenation is something else.”

So, slightly sceptically, I began some case studies… and four years later, stomach rejuvenation has become one of my absolute favourite treatments.

I love showing clients their before-and-after photographs, but the comment I hear more than anything is:

“You’ve given me my belly button back!”

So, if your stomach is looking crepey, wrinkled or looser than it once did or your belly button has seemingly gone MIA - RF microneedling could be for you.

It works from the inside out, delivering radiofrequency energy through tiny needles into the deeper layers of the skin. This stimulates collagen and elastin production and gradually remodels and strengthens the tissue.

But this is not a one-and-done treatment.

You will need a course, the results take time to develop, and patience is essential. Your skin needs time to produce and remodel that new collagen - but the gradual transformation is worth waiting for.

If your stomach has changed following pregnancy or weight loss, or you simply want to improve crepey, lax skin, now is the perfect time to begin your course ahead of summer.

Every photograph shown here was taken by me, in my clinic, of my own clients and shared with their permission.

Just look at these results. Honestly, I get quite emotional because, for some clients, the confidence this gives them really can be life-changing.

Belly button gone MIA? Let’s bring it back.
