Summer Smash 26 Recap.
•
The last few days were probably one of the highlights of my life.
•
Every year Summer Smash always brings the vibes and excitement and meeting old friends and making new friends is one of my favorite things about Summer Smash.
•
I am blessed to have met so many people over the weekend and get to work Summer Smash the last three days!
•
Can’t wait to do it again next year!

A fitness journey is a marathon. Not a sprint.
•
I have been on my fitness journey for over 13 years now and I have learned that my fitness journey is always going to be a marathon and not a sprint.
•
With anything in life that you work towards, it’s going to take time and effort.
•
With my fitness journey, I had to learn to stay the course when the times got rough and I was not on my shit.
•
With everything that has happened over the last 13 years, I wouldn’t change a thing about my fitness journey and I will continue to work hard and stay the course!

The question I get all the time.
•
What are you doing after the gym?
•
Besides post workout, I am going home to eat a good meal!
•
How about you?

•
It’s crazy to think that my first 30 for the Kids workout was over 8 years ago!
•
I just started working for @1stphorm and found out about the workout.
•
I decided to go ahead and do it and it was absolutely awesome!
•
Met a lot of great people who I still talk to this day.
•
Great memories!

The Leg Day effect.
•
We all experienced the Leg Day effect.
•
During leg day, you are in the zone and having a great leg day.
•
48 hours later, your legs are like jello and can’t walk! lol 😂

Thank you God!
•
It’s easy to forget about thanking God for everything he has provided and he is always there for us no matter what!
•
He has always been there for me and has helped me get through some tough times in my life.

Nothing like celebrating the 9-year anniversary of Season 2 of @strangerthingstv by posting a picture of me and my family dressing up last year as some of the characters from the show!
•
Can’t believe it has been 9 years since the season 2 of @strangerthingstv came out!
•
I remembered I binged-watched the entire season in one day and I was completely blown away by it!
•
@strangerthingstv still one of my favorite shows ever and season 2 is one of my favorite seasons!

The old Opti Chug!
•
I used to chug my Opti Greens and Opti Reds regularly and I was known to have a great burp at the end of each chug!
•
Should I bring these back?
