PUBLIC INTEREST EXPRESSION NOTICE

> AS ADVISED BY MY THERAPIST, I AM RELEASING THE OVERWHELMING PRESSURE OF TRAUMA THROUGH CREATIVE EXPRESSION IN ORDER TO SURVIVE <

This account documents AuDHD + CPTSD lived experience, SA/DV Survivor advocacy, and matters of serious public-interest relating to data privacy (and my own safeguarding.)

All content on this page:

🐍 Complies fully with Instagram Community Guidelines

(Reporting lived experience is not hate speech, abuse, or misinformation.)

🐍 Is protected expression under Article 10 of the UK Human Rights Act (1998)

– which includes the right to impart information,
– discuss matters of public interest,
– document lived experience, and
– advocate for the safety of vulnerable groups.

Article 10 protects survivor speech, watchdog speech, and commentary on public bodies, especially where safeguarding failures or systemic risk affect the public.

This account is not targeted at private individuals, does not incite harm, and does not violate IG policies.

It is survivor-led documentation, fulfilling a legitimate public-interest function.

🐍 Removing or suppressing such content would risk constituting:

– undue silencing of a vulnerable disabled user,
– interference with protected expression, and
– obstruction of survivor advocacy already recognised by UK equality + safeguarding frameworks.

My aim is simple:
To protect survivors, document lived truth, and contribute to safer systems for all.

The patterns with other survivor profiles on Instagram are staggering.

@issyvine the amount of people who I have told about how you funded your justice is endless and @sisi.dominique alas now I feel my hair is next as they have had EVERYTHING THEY CAN GET FROM ME - day by day I feel my generational trauma and how my own beloved Father (who died when I was 7) was in a concentration camp. I must watch the Hollywood version of Anne Frank again. Because I am entering the #Auschwitz phase minute by minute stripe by stripe.
