November schedule is out ✨ by @sculpt.ch

Sculpt is about more than physical change—it represents a deeper process of refining, transforming, and elevating both body and mind. It’s a space designed to support overall well-being, where like-minded people come together around shared values of health, balance, and self-development.

While group classes are at its core, Sculpt is meant to grow into something bigger: a place not only to move, but also to learn, explore, and better understand holistic well-being. Through shared experiences, education, and connection, it becomes an environment where people can build sustainable habits that go beyond the studio.

Within this community, we motivate and uplift one another, creating a strong sense of accountability and positive energy. Sculpt is a space that fosters meaningful connections, strengthens the body, sharpens the mind, and empowers individuals to feel their best—inside and out.✨ by @sculpt.ch

Hi, I’m Noemi! I believe in the importance of balance in life - finding harmony between work, self-care, family, friends, and all the things that bring me joy.
One of my biggest passions is sports, and I make sure to stay active through a workout routine that’s a perfect blend of running, cardio workouts, strength training, and Pilates. This year, I’ve set myself a new challenge: completing my first triathlon (Ironman 70.3) as well as running my first street marathon in my hometown. As a result, my focus has shifted even more toward endurance training. Because of this increased load, it’s even more important for me to balance my routine with slower, strength-based training like Pilates to support recovery, stability, and overall performance.
Even though I love working out, I’ve learned that it’s not only about pushing limits but also about taking time to recharge and let my body rest.

I love being in nature, spending time hiking, skiing, or just going on a coffee walk with friends along the lake. Traveling and exploring new places and cultures is also something I love.

What would a perfect day look like for me? I would wake up early and start the day with a morning workout class or run followed by a coffee date with my girls. I’d spend the day strolling around the city or enjoying time at the lake in the sun. I’d round off the day with a nice dinner and drinks with family and friends.✨ by @sculpt.ch
