MTV welcome to my crib โœจ When I opened my little gym almost 3 years ago, I never imagined the space, and the community, that would grow around it ๐Ÿฅบ Iโ€™m so passionate about helping women become the strongest and best versions of themselves, and creating a space where everyone feels welcome, comfortable and supported. Sculpt is more than just a gym ๐Ÿค by @sculptwithlauren
5 exercises I do weekly โณ๐Ÿค๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ“ˆ Tips to help with progressive overload training to see the progress you want... - pick 4-6 exercises and repeat them every week for at least 4 weeks. After the 4 weeks you can change the exercises but keep your compound movements (e.g. bent over row / pull ups) similar - train within a 8-12 rep range, I focus on gradually increasing my reps before increasing the weight. Once I can hit the top end of my rep range with good form for all of the sets, I increase the weight and work my way back up again in reps. - pick 1-2 isolation movements (e.g. face pulls / rear delt pull) and do higher reps (15-20), keep control and good range of motion until muscles are close to failure. I use one as a warm up and one as a finisher. - set yourself goals to keep yourself motivated. For example, I am working towards unbanded pull-ups, this helps me stay consistent with my training Save and give them a go ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ by @sculptwithlauren
