Ready to do it all over again 🔥❤️ by @seanbradshaww

What a day, what a race 🙌🏻

I feel like I’ve been training for this one day for months on months and it’s finally paid off.🔥

All the training races, all the failures, and all the wins and the valuable lessons learnt along the way where all put to use this morning. 😮‍💨

From start to finish I loved every second of that race, it was paced to perfection.
And that final 10km was the best 10 kilometres I’ve ever ran in my whole life! Not a 10km Personal record but by far a 10km personal best.🎉🎉

Joining @wwendurance_ has been the best decision I’ve ever made. 🏃

And thank you to @darrenw1 for screaming at me for the last 16 weeks telling me how to pace myself properly 😂

Ratoath half marathon🫠

The goal was 1:14:25.
Chip time 1:28:24

I knew it was ambitious and I’ve been on a good streak with races recently so I said fuck it, let’s send it and see what happens and I got a slap of reality 😂. 13km into the race my body just rejected itself

My current PB is 1:17, so to go attempt to get a 3 minute PB is nuts but I think if you don’t test your limits every once in awhile you’re not going to learn anything🔥

I’m not going to count this as a failure because I can take a very valuable lesson from it.
I need to slow down and take babysteps.
I know I will get to that level, it just won’t be tomorrow🫡

Thank god that happened today and not in Dublin Marathon.
Ill take what I learnt today and bring it with me to the next one 📈

We did secure a 10km though 😮‍💨
Probably not what you want in the first 10km of a half marathon 😂

There’s no failure in dropping short
Only failure in quitting🤟🏽

Thank you @wayne_waldron8 for some serious training sessions, onto the next one🔥📈 by @seanbradshaww

Frank Duffy 10 mile😮‍💨
Chip time : 57:58

First ever 10 mile race around a very honest course, that loop would put some hairs on your chest🔥

Felt good going out and pacing it correctly if it wasn’t for @darrenw1 I would’ve blown up 8km into that race 😂

We’re building towards Dublin marathon nicely!! FAKINNNN KEEMMONNNNN🔥🤟🏽 by @seanbradshaww

What a buzz, what a race, what a PB and what a privelage to have a brother cycling along side you in the depts of hell.

Rathoat in 2 months, can we break sub 1:16?

Kemmonnnnnn by @seanbradshaww

1:17 or die trying was once again the words of motivation this morning. 😮‍💨🔥

That wind was no joke but thank god for weather apps because I was able to get a race plan together that worked around that crazy wind and it was excecuted perfectly to give me my goal pace of an average of 3:40/km💨💨

A big thank you to @wayne_waldron8 for bringing speed out of me that I thought didn’t exist over the past 2 months.🏃🏆

Probably woulda won if @neddbrockmann didn’t just randomly appear and smoke everyone 😂 by @seanbradshaww

@seanbradshaww with a solid run in the clontarf half marathon today in very windy conditions.

Coming across the finish line with a personal best of 1:17:39 finishing in 8th place overall

Working with sean 7 weeks now and has gone from 1:20 half to 1:17:39 in no time, sean is only 24 years old and has a big future ahead

Few more flattering photos of me fighting demons and trying to stay alive nearly pushing a 200bpm💀

It was either gonna end with me getting 1:19 or me collapsing, I wasn’t settling for anything less🏃 by @seanbradshaww

Cork half marathon 🏃🏃

The goal was 1:19 and I wasn’t settling for anything less although it nearly killed me in the process but we got it done 😂✅

Onwards and upwards 📈📈 by @seanbradshaww
