One week in Italy for work, enjoyed the sun, the coast and the food. After hiking the whole day (weekend actually), I wanted to handstand, not my best flow but felt good despite my legs feeling like they weigh 1 ton each 😅

Just moved in a new apartment in which I am so happy to practice. Still feeling sore from moving the furniture but very very very happy and thankful.

Hammer drop and presses, after teaching it, can’t be better than that 🤸‍♀️🤸‍♀️
