We are so excited to finally be able to say that our daily menu is now completely SEED OIL FREE 🎉❤️

Organic, unrefined olive and coconut oils have always been our mainstays, but until recently we thought organic sunflower oil was the best for our baking and butter needs! Avocado oil has now officially entered the chat, and we couldn’t be happier. Feeding you the cleanest food has always been our top priority, so we knew this was the move we had to make. Is it financially responsible? Absolutely not. But that’s never been our priority anyway 😉

Can’t wait to feed you even more #realgoodfood 🌱

We’re working really hard to get this book into your hands before the end of the year. If not, we’re shooting for the New Year! Official date is coming SOON. Thank you all for hanging in and continuing to support us! It’s definitely going to be worth the wait ;)

If you’d like to pre-order you can head to our website or visit the link in our bio!
