hi hi everyone ! 🤍

episode 4: the waiting season - becoming before receiving

* coming soon :) 🌿

this one is for anyone in an in-between season; waiting for an answered prayer, a relationship, an opportunity, healing, clarity, or simply wondering what God has next.

we’ll be talking about the psychological + biblical perspective of waiting, why it can feel so difficult, and how God can use these seasons to shape us into who we’re becoming. 🧠🦋

maybe the waiting isn’t just about what we’re waiting to receive… maybe it’s about who we’re becoming along the way. ✨

hi hi everyone ! 🫧

Episode 3: Attached or Whole? and The Beauty of Solitude 🌱✨🍓

is NOW LIVE !

In this episode of Seeking Healing, we dive into the world of attachment styles and the emotional patterns that shape the way we love, connect, and sometimes distance ourselves from others. 🤍 From anxious and avoidant attachment to learning what secure love truly looks like, we explore how our past experiences influence our present relationships.

Through both psychological insight and biblical wisdom 🌱, this conversation unpacks how healing begins with awareness; and how God calls us into a place of peace, security, and love that is not rooted in fear.

We also talk about something we don’t hear enough: the beauty of solitude. Learning to be alone without feeling lonely, and discovering that wholeness is not found in constant connection, but in becoming secure within yourself and in God. 🦋

If you’ve ever struggled with overthinking, emotional distance, or feeling like you’re “too much” or “not enough,” this episode is a gentle reminder that healing is possible; and you are being led toward wholeness.

A special thank you to my best friend Rachel (@rachel.carneiro) 💗 for helping me edit this episode and bringing her creative touch to the video. Thank you for sharing your talents and helping make this project come to life in such a beautiful way. Love you, pooks! 🍓✨

hi hi everyone! 🤗🤗

the second episode: “Relationships Beyond the Surface” is NOW LIVE !

In this episode of Seeking Healing, we explore what it truly means to build relationships that go beyond the surface.⭐️

From friendships and family to romantic relationships, we talk about why emotional depth matters and how real connection requires honesty, vulnerability, and growth.

With a blend of psychological insight and biblical wisdom 🍓, this episode reflects on how meaningful relationships are meant to sharpen us, heal us, and draw us closer to who God created us to be. 🤍
