Butterilla Coffee Built around unexpected combinations, Butterilla brings together the bold character of coffee, the refreshing lift of sparkling soda, and the aromatic notes of sarsaparilla. Finished with a smooth foam and a touch of dark chocolate, every element has its own place, creating a drink that feels familiar, yet different from the usual It’s not your everyday coffee, and that’s exactly the point One of our signature creations, made for those who like to explore something beyond the ordinary #seevcoffee #makassarcoffee #makassar by @seevcoffee
At Seev, we meet people from all over. With hotels just around the corner, it’s not unusual to see guests from Jakarta, Surabaya, Malaysia, India, the Philippines, and beyond stopping by for a cup of coffee. This time, we met Jo from Malaysia. He found his way to Seev because, in his words, we felt relevant to what he was looking for. We served him an iced filter using @commongroundsid Kenya Kiriyanga AA It’s moments like this that remind us why we love coffee. It has a quiet way of bringing people from different places together over a cup, a conversation, and a shared moment. Different places, different stories, connected by coffee. #coffee #seev by @seevcoffee
Always a pleasure. Until the next one! Shoutout to! @seevcoffee @amo.______ @thisisyooks @tranquilo.taste @beatpanorama / @arkamzulfikar if you missed this one, well you know what to do for the next one. by @seevcoffee
Creamy fettuccine served with smoked beef, parmesan, and fresh parsley, finished with a side of garlic bread. A rich and creamy sauce coats the pasta, balanced with savory smoked beef and parmesan. It comes in a generous portion, served warm with garlic bread on the side for a simple, satisfying meal. by @seevcoffee
Manual brewing is a conversation between coffee, water, and the person behind the bar Every variable matters grind size affects extraction, water temperature influences how quickly flavors develop, and pouring technique controls how evenly the coffee is brewed. Even a few seconds can shift the balance in your cup That’s what makes the slow bar different. There’s no rush to simply get a drink out. You get to see the process, ask questions, taste the difference, and understand why your coffee tastes the way it does Sometimes it’s bright and floral. Sometimes sweet and clean. Sometimes deeper and more comforting No complicated rules. Just good beans, careful brewing, and a little curiosity Pull up a seat. Let’s talk coffee. See you at Seev by @seevcoffee

There’s something special about a coffee shop filled with real conversations, quiet moments, and familiar faces. From morning coffee runs to late afternoon catch-ups, every seat, every cup, and every little interaction adds life to this space. We’re always grateful to see people choosing Seev as a place to pause, work, meet friends, or simply enjoy a slower moment in the middle of a busy day. Good coffee is only part of the story. The rest is made by the people who walk through our doors. Thank you for bringing your time, your energy, and your moments to Seev. by @seevcoffee
Seev was never built to be the loudest room in the city, it began with a simple belief: that coffee can bring people together. A space where everyone is welcome Where conversations matter more than appearances Where curiosity is valued over judgment And where a cup of coffee can become the beginning of a meaningful connection. We’re still learning, still growing, and still finding our way But every step we take is guided by the hope of contributing to a coffee culture that feels more inclusive, more thoughtful, and more human. To everyone who has shared a table, a conversation, or a quiet moment with us, thank you for being part of this journey. Here’s to building a coffee scene where everyone belongs. Sincerely, @amo.______ Filmed by @muhmaulanaa by @seevcoffee
