RESORT STYLE LIVING - Right at Home We designed this luxury cabana in Schomberg, Ontario with the ultimate entertainer in mind. Every detail—from the high-end culinary setup to the curated natural textures—tells a story of sophisticated outdoor living. Here is a look inside this premium entertainment pavilion:   Designed explicitly with hosting in mind, the structure strikes a perfect balance between high-end culinary function and deliberate, artistic material selections. Step inside, and the space unfolds like a premium lounge.   An Entertainer’s Galley: The kitchen is a masterclass in integrated design, featuring an induction cooktop anchored by a striking cylindrical exhaust fan. Complete with a draft tap, multiple undercounter wine and beverage fridges, a dedicated ice maker, and an espresso station, it rivals any interior chef’s kitchen.   The Poetry of Stone: Grounded by cross-cut travertine porcelain flooring, the design finds its centrepiece in the leathered Tropical Storm Black granite countertops. The stone’s horizontal, rhythmic veining reads like moving water, establishing a visual dialogue with the massive outdoor pool just steps away.   Sculptural Details: Overhead, delicate alabaster pendants cast a soft glow that echoes the quartzite veining within the granite surfaces. Nearby, a curated living zone features a Vondom sectional paired with a sculptural Phillips Collection river rock cocktail table, while a 95-inch Frame TV blends technology seamlessly into the architecture.   Elements of Fire & Water: The indoor fireplace wall transitions effortlessly to the open air, where architectural wall torches and a custom stone fire table frame the expansive pool deck.   By marrying statement natural stone with rigorous spatial design, this cabana elevates poolside entertaining into a permanent luxury retreat.   #LuxuryCabanaDesign #PoolHouseDesign #IndoorOutdoorLiving #OutdoorKitchen #DreamBackyard   Interior Design: @segretidesign Contacts and Suppliers: message for info by @segretidesign

EXPEDITION Organic Architecture!!! Design, Style and Friendship!!! Let’s GO!!!!   Looking back at a June expedition to Sedona’s Boynton Canyon with a very special travel partner—a wonderful previous client who has become a truly dear friend. As an interior designer, exploring @EnchantmentResort and @Mii_amo_Spa together was pure inspiration. The way these properties seamlessly weave structural timber, local stone, and rich terracotta tones directly into the sacred red rocks is an absolute masterclass in earth-integrated design. From analyzing the horizontal lines of the adobe casitas to capturing high-contrast editorial fashion frames in the rugged canyon, this trip beautifully blurred the lines between design, style, and friendship. Sharing the architecture, our hikes, and a little canyon couture. 🤎 by @segretidesign
