POSTS STORIES REELS

This month we celebrated our 1 year anniversary in our gym! Everything in this space was done with intention. We wanted our gym to be bright and inviting for families to sit in. We chose to honor Kobe because of his fierce competitiveness, his strive for greatness, and his unmatched work ethics.

We started off in May of 2024 with 2 small teams, jumping around from one community gym to the next and today we have 10 club teams, and 2 training academies. The whole purpose of making this gym was to provide a space for all of our kids to develop, train and to compete. It provides a home for our club program to grind 24/7 all year round. Pure love, sweat and labor has been poured into this gym, and at times it’s overwhelming, but seeing all the families that come in and out of our gym each afternoon make it all worth it (at times we even feel like we’re growing out of the space).

Thank you to all the families who have been with us from the start, thank you to the ones who’ve supported us and loved us along the way. We are forever grateful for you.

They’ll try to count you out.
But when you believe — truly believe — nothing is impossible. @select.sla
This team isn’t just playing basketball…
They’re proving that the ones they counted out are the ones who change the game. 🏀🔥
Keep believing. Keep fighting. The best stories are written by the underdogs.

The scoreboard doesn’t decide who keeps going.
At practice with SLA Select, the work never stops — no crowd, no lights, just the next rep, the next drill, the next chance to get better. Kobe said it best: you keep going no matter the outcome. That’s the mindset being built here, one practice at a time.
Proud of every single one of you. Keep going.
