✨Meet Nia, Your New Wellness Guide! ✨

Hey there, I'm Antania—Nia for short! 🪬
After years of collecting all of the tools on my wellness journey, I'm beyond grateful to help others unleash their inner power. 💙💪🏽

This is truly a dream come true to make it to this moment in my life. Although, I am still on my journey , I mustered the courage to put my self out there in hopes to connect with other women like me who just need that push to truly make a change.

As a single mom of 2, juggling two jobs, on a physical/spiritual journey, and conquering disordered eating, I'm here to show you that change is possible no matter what life throws at you. 🦋

Join me in this beautiful adventure of holistic fitness training. Let’s connect, grow, and transform together! If I can inspire even one person, my mission is complete. ✨🫶🏽

Ready to take the first step? Let's do this! 🫱🏾‍🫲🏼

JUST TO CLARIFY 💙

I offer two distinct services that support healing and growth in different ways:

Therapy:
I provide licensed mental health therapy, which focuses on emotional healing, trauma, anxiety, and mental health concerns. Therapy is clinically based, ethically regulated, and insurance is accepted. Sessions focus on processing the past and supporting mental and emotional well-being.

Holistic Fitness & Wellness Coaching:
I also offer non-clinical coaching that focuses on movement, body connection, nervous system regulation, mindset, and lifestyle support. Coaching is not therapy, does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions, and is focused on present-moment growth and future goals.

These services are separate offerings.
Clients engage in one or the other, depending on their needs.

Both paths honor the body, support self-trust, and encourage sustainable change — but they are delivered through different frameworks, boundaries, and scopes of practice.

Healing looks different for everyone — the right support starts with clarity 🤍

If you’re unsure which support is right for you, I’m happy to help you decide.

F R E E 🦋💙 by @selfevolvedfitness

I’m dehydrated from all the tears I released this year. WOAH.

God tugged on my heart.
My ancestors spoke.
And I listened.

This year stretched me in ways I didn’t know were possible.
• Working 60+ hours a week, carrying stress I pretended I could hold
• Doing constant inner work while still showing up for everyone else
• Studying my butt off to become a fully licensed social worker…
• Failing the exam by one point
• Picking myself back up, retaking it, and passing
• Becoming licensed in two states
• Moving across the country
• Losing people who couldn’t come with me
• Gaining souls who were aligned with who I’m becoming

2025 was full of lessons and blessings.
Breakdowns and breakthroughs.
Grief and gratitude.

And somehow… I’m still standing.
Actually—I’m rising.

If you only knew how much this year changed me…
I am so deeply happy. So humbled. So blessed. ✨ by @selfevolvedfitness

You don’t need to rush your body to get results.
A slow, intentional morning helps your nervous system regulate and your body respond.
Busy women don’t need more discipline ... they need better structure 🫡💗

Which part of your morning feels most rushed?

There was a time when I was working 3 jobs, coming home exhausted, grabbing my babies, and dragging myself to the gym because I knew if I didn’t show up for myself… no one could do it for me.

I wasn’t motivated. I wasn’t confident.
I was just a woman trying to survive, trying to change, trying to breathe again.

Looking back now, I realize the real transformation didn’t happen in my “after.”
It happened in every moment my old self refused to quit & the nights she pushed through, the days she felt alone, the mornings she chose herself even when it hurt.

This video isn’t a celebration of the new me.
It’s gratitude for the woman I used to be — the one who carried all the weight, physically and emotionally, so I could stand here today stronger, lighter, and more aligned.

If you’re in your “before” season right now, princess — don’t rush it.
Don’t shame it.
Just keep going.

Your future self is already cheering for you.

Follow me if you need a place to grow, heal, transform, and remember what’s possible when a woman chooses herself. ✨#transformation #explore #fitnessmotivation by @selfevolvedfitness

Every tiny step counts… and today I’m celebrating this one 🤗
Unboxing my business cards feels like unboxing a new chapter.
Clocking out of the 9–5 hustle and stepping deeper into the work that’s aligned with my soul.
Baby steps, but I’m on my way. #mentalhealth #explore #holisticfitness by @selfevolvedfitness

✨EMDR EXPLAINED ✨It's no short way to explain this therapeutic process! It's an amazing way to approach your healing journey and learning more about it can empower you to know what options are available!!!

👇🏽Some ways unprocessed trauma can show up 👇🏽

• Emotional: anxiety, depression, irritability, mood swings, feeling numb or disconnected 😢😡
• Cognitive: racing thoughts, memory gaps, difficulty concentrating, intrusive memories 🧠💭
• Physical: muscle tension, headaches, digestive issues, fatigue, rapid heartbeat 🦵💪💓
• Behavioral: avoiding situations, people-pleasing, self-sabotage, difficulty sleeping 😴
• Relational: trust issues, feeling unsafe, difficulty maintaining boundaries, conflicts with others 🤝⚡

EMDR helps your brain “finish processing” these stuck memories, so your body and mind can release tension, regulate emotions, and bring back clarity and calm. 🌈🧠

Your brain and body are always trying to protect you—they just need help finishing the job. Healing isn’t just in your head; it’s in every part of you. 💖
