🇬🇧 Can you imagine creating your own Ecstatic Dance Journey and playing it on a beach in Palomino? 🌊✨

Our Ecstatic Dance DJ Training Retreat is a 7-day immersion to take you from loving music and movement to learning how to create and guide your own Ecstatic Dance Journey.

Because for us, DJing is about so much more than mixing tracks.

This isn’t about becoming a professional DJ in seven days. It’s about learning to listen, read the energy of the dance floor, and use music to create a meaningful journey.

Throughout the week, we’ll explore DJ fundamentals, mixing, music curation and journey building, with practice, guidance and personalized feedback.

You’ll create your own set and finish the experience by sharing it at a public Ecstatic Dance on the beach in Palomino. 🌊✨

No previous DJ experience is required.

📍 Palomino, Colombia
🗓 November 16–22, 2026
🌎 Bilingual training · English + Español

Feeling called to step behind the decks?

Comment “I want it” and we’ll send you all the information. 🧡

No necesitas experiencia previa como DJ.

Cierra un ciclo. Suelta. Celebra. Y empieza volviendo a ti.

🇬🇧When I follow the voice of my heart…
incredible things happen

5 years ago, my heart told me to create retreats
to inspire people to connect with their hearts.

And today I look at my life and think… wow.
Step by step, I’ve been creating that reality.

Not because it has always been easy.
But because I keep trusting, even when I feel afraid.

It is possible to create a life that feels more fulfilled and aligned.

Our heart knows the way 🤍

Trust! A big hug,
Kendra

Y hoy miro mi vida y pienso… wow.
Poco a poco he creando esa realidad.

🎧 Ecstatic Dance DJ & Facilitator Training

¿Te imaginas creando tu propio Ecstatic Dance Journey?

What if I created my own Ecstatic Dance Journey? 🎧✨

That little question became the seed of something so much bigger than I could have imagined.
For a long time, I was dancing to other people’s Ecstatic Dance journeys, wondering what it would feel like to create my own.
But my connection with dance began long before I became a DJ.

For me, dance became medicine. 🧡

I used to spend so much time in my head. Thinking, analyzing, trying to understand everything.
And dancing showed me another way.

To come back to my body. To feel my emotions. To listen to my inner wisdom, to that quiet voice of my heart that can so easily get lost beneath the noise of the mind.
Through movement, I started recognizing my patterns and learning to meet myself with more love, acceptance, and compassion.
And I’m still learning. Because healing and self-love aren’t destinations. They’re journeys we continue throughout our lives.
At some point, I felt the calling to create my own musical journeys. To share with others something that had given me so much.

From receiving that medicine… to sharing it. 🎧

Today, I’m so grateful to create spaces where people can express themselves freely, reconnect with their bodies, and listen a little more deeply to their hearts.
And if there’s one thing this journey keeps teaching me, it’s this:

When we dare to listen to our hearts and find the courage to follow their voice, we open ourselves to poss by @selflove_journey_

Our “Heart Inhabitants” ✨

In the movie Inside Out, we see how different emotions live inside us and take the lead at different moments.
I call them the “Heart Inhabitants.”

They are inner voices carrying emotions, fears, desires, needs, ways of protecting us, and also wisdom.

The achiever might say, “Do more.”
The people pleaser might say, “Don’t bother anyone.”
The controller might say, “If you do everything right, you will be safe.”
The sensitive inner girl might ask, “Will they still love me?”
And there are also softer, wiser, more compassionate voices.
Voices that do not force us, but help us understand what we truly need, who we are, or simply remind us to love and care for ourselves.

Learning to listen to these different voices with acceptance and without judgment has been a very important part of my own journey.
And it is also a big part of how I now support other women.
For many years, I was disconnected from what I was feeling. Food became a way to cope with emotions, pressure, and needs that I did not know how to listen to. Part of healing from bulimia was learning to turn inward again.
To listen to my emotions. To get to know the different parts of myself and communicate with them in moments of connection with my heart, through meditation, journaling, dancing, and being in nature.

And little by little, I stopped abandoning myself.

That is why this work is now at the heart of everything I facilitate.
In my coaching, we explore and have a dialogue with these different parts.
In my workshops, we meet them through meditation, journaling, and movement.
In my retreats, we create space to listen to them with depth and presence.
And in my dance journeys, we dance with them.

This is what inspires me…to create spaces where you can be in presence and give your heart a voice 🧡
If you would like to know more, I am always happy if you message me or join one of my upcoming experiences.

A big hug,
Kendra by @selflove_journey_

Y gracias a nuestros facilitadores por compartir sus dones @nanalupalaciotoro @selflove_journey_ @reiki_arkano @amasahara.love by @selflove_journey_

And why dance? 💃🧡

Because when we come back into our bodies,
the mind can finally rest.

We stop thinking about everything we have to do.
We return to the present moment.
We let go. We feel. We breathe.

Until we reach that moment of pure joy
when there’s nothing we need to do…

but simply enjoy being ourselves.

And that’s where, for me,
the medicine of the heart through movement begins. 🧡

Tomorrow, we dance for something even bigger.

¿Y por qué bailar? 💃🧡

Mañana bailamos por algo aún más grande.

Imagine yourself in Palomino🌊☀️

A private villa at @casaita_
Your own pool. Slow mornings. Tropical gardens. Nothing to rush. Nowhere you need to be.

And maybe, one morning, you feel called to experience a different kind of pause.
Just ten minutes away lies Playa Cátaro, a quiet stretch of wild Caribbean coastline with black magnetic sand, surrounded by nature.

This is where we spend the day. Our one day retreat to come back to yourself.
We begin with yoga in the morning. We share cacao by the ocean. We slow down enough to hear ourselves again. There is time for coaching, meditation and journaling. Time to swim, to rest, to simply be. A nourishing lunch. And as the sun begins to set, we gather around a fire, letting go of what no longer needs to be carried. And to integrate that day.

You don’t leave as someone new. You simply return a little closer to yourself.

If you’re staying at @casaita_ _, gift yourself a day that nourishes not only your vacation, but your heart.

Gracias a todas ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥
