Starke Gefühle und deren Ausdruck bestimmen diesen Tanzstil. Dieser dreitägige Tanzworkshop bei Selma Hoffmann richtet sich an alle Anfänger*innen, die bereits erste Grundlagen im Jazztanz besitzen. Selma legt großen Wert darauf, dass die Teilnehmenden ein Gefühl für den Song erhalten, um diesen mit Bewegung und eigener Interpretation ausdrücken zu können. Die Stunde startet mit einem Workout zur Stärkung von Ausdauer und Muskulatur, das den Körper zum Tanz ideal vorbereitet. Es folgt die Arbeit an Technik: Pliés, Tondues, Pirouetten und Sprünge. Der letzte Teil der Stunde konzentriert sich auf das Erlernen einer Choreografie. ❄️WINTER INTENSIVES❄️ LYRICAL JAZZ (advanced beginner) with @selmahoffmann2 “Tanz die Gans weg” 27.12.-29.12.2024 11:30-13:30 at motion*s GLEISDREIECK ABOUT: In lyrical jazz, expressive and soulful movements are used to interpret emotional pieces of music. Strong feelings and their expression determine this dance style. This three-day dance workshop with Selma Hoffmann is aimed at all beginners who already have a basic knowledge of jazz dance.
