More than a game, Hockey Fights Cancer presented by CIBC is a night to rally around those facing cancer, honour the loved ones we’ve lost, and remind children and families in the fight that they are never alone.

From the stands to the ice, every show of support makes a difference. Here’s how you can be part of this special night as the Ottawa Senators take on Nathan MacKinnon and the Colorado Avalanche on November 12:

It was a full House this afternoon and all about the kids. Thanks for a fun visit from Ottawa Senators Meghan Davis & Jake Sanderson for giving everyone something to smile about! Our little ones are getting #85 game-ready 🏒 by @senatorsfoundation

SENS WIN. KIDS WIN.

This season, we’re turning every @senators win into a win for kids at @cheohospital.

Together, Tim Stützle and Thomas Chabot are committing $1,872 to CHEO for every Senators win this season, and they’re inviting YOU to join them.

You can get in the game three ways:
🏒 Give $18.72 once
⚡ Pledge $18.72 for every Sens win
🏒 Become a major donor with a gift of $1,872+

More than a game 🫶

Thanks to the generosity of a special donor, we were able to welcome our Golden Families, CHEO and Ronald McDonald House families to the launch of the 18⚡72 Club for a day they won’t soon forget.

From the excitement of game day to a post-game hug from Tim Stützle himself, it was a reminder that the best memories are made when we come together to make a difference for kids and families in our community. ❤️ by @senatorsfoundation

This Sensgiving, our fans showed up in a BIG way for our community!

Together, we raised $48,000, in partnership with Coming In Hot, to support families across Ottawa through our local food banks.

A huge thank you to our incredible Sens fans for your generosity, and to the Calian volunteers who joined us at all gates to help make this year’s Sensgiving a success.

Your support helps ensure families in our community have access to the food and essentials they need.

Together, we’re making a difference where it matters most. 🥫❤️ by @senatorsfoundation

Sens 360 Host, Jackson Starr, caught up with @jacquelinebelsito & @localpodcaster ahead of Thursday’s Home Opener to talk about the importance of Sensgiving.

The food drive may be over but there’s still time to support local food banks by visiting cihharvest.ca today to make a donation! Help us feed families across Ottawa this Thanksgiving. 🥫🦃❤️ by @senatorsfoundation
