i opened the week with three cards a couple question: where does power sit unevenly inside me, and what is it keeping from moving?

the tower. associated with the hebrew letter peh, the mouth, and its planet is mars. this friday, mars squares mercury, the planet of speech. and I wonder if what falls this week may fall because something finally gets said/known/understood, even if only to myself.

the knight of swords. this knight governs the stretch of sky where uranus sits right now. this wednesday, uranus will interrupt the sun as it does and I can imagine the knight wanting to possibly charge in when the straight line stops working for some of us.

the queen of swords, reversed. her blade turned inward. not cutting others off really, but cutting through what you tell yourself.

the walls, the charge, and oh, the honest blade. what in you is ready to come down?

the sun, your sense of self, meets pluto, the slow force that decides what stays and what goes. pluto sits on the star of the eagle, scorpio’s higher form. if something is pressing on you today, it may not be against you. it may just actually be lifting you into a role you didn’t ask for.

a quincunx links two signs that share nothing, so they have to adjust to each other. the sun in scorpio wants to go deep and stay. uranus in gemini keeps interrupting. let the interruptions show you where you’ve been forcing a straight line on a road that curves

mercury, how you speak, clashes with mars, how you act and defend. both are stubborn signs, so neither wants to back down. before the argument goes further, ask what’s actually owed: an apology, credit, recognition. most fights this week are about a debt, not the words.

venus, what you love and value, is moving backward through relationships, and she makes an easy link with the north node, the direction your life is growing toward. a relationship that pushed you hard this season was teaching you something. stop straining and let the lesson carry you.

the sun meets saturn, the planet of time, limits and what’s earned, at an awkward angle on the morning the clocks fall back. saturn was a harvest god be by @sensualnoiree

Venus cazimi time yall ❤️‍🔥

Tomorrow Venus meets the heart of the Sun at 0° Scorpio, a cazimi. Normally a planet near the Sun is “burned,” but at the very center it’s “seated with the king,” purified and empowered.

This happens at the midpoint of Venus’s retrograde, the moment the ancients saw her die as the Evening Star and be reborn as the Morning Star: Inanna rising from the underworld.

In Scorpio, where Venus is traditionally in her detriment, the sign where love & pleasure are hardest to hold onto because Scorpio asks for depth, truth, & surrender instead of comfort. Venus doesn’t arrive here adorned in beautiful distractions. She comes stripped of everything false.

Venus is the planet of love expressed through mind, intelligence that serves the heart. Scorpio is the sign of the test, where the soul faces everything the personality has fed in the dark.

Friday night, sit somewhere quiet and ask urself ‘Without everything I’ve lost or let go of recently, what do I still love? What do I still want?’ Whatever answers first and simplest is your true value. Write it on paper and keep it somewhere you’ll see it until mid-November.

OCT 19*-25

#astrology #taurusfullmoon #venus #scorpioseason #mercuryrx

aquarius’s soul keynote is “water of life am I, poured forth for thirsty men.” this trine might also show you that your gift isn’t just meant for you. someone out there is thirsty for exactly what you carry. the supportive part of the trine is that giving it away won’t empty you. it’ll make the future arrive faster.

venus retrograde squares pluto for the second of three times, and the old stuff is back: the love you never closed, the money pattern you keep repeating, the power you gave away or held too tight. this is the middle of the descent. don’t hack at it. look at it. what you see clearly now, you won’t have to carry back up.

the sun enters scorpio on oct 23, and with mercury about to turn retrograde and venus already backward in the depths, this season isn’t about moving forward. it’s about going down. into what’s true, what’s unfinished, what’s ready to die so something real can grow. we rise by kneeling. welcome to scorpio season.

the sun meets rx venus at 0° scorpio, venus’s inferior conjunction, the heart of her descent. she’s as close to us as she ever gets and completely hidden in the sun’s light. what you loved out of habit, safety or fear goes into the fire here. what you truly value rises with her as the morning star.

mercury stations retrograde at 21° scorpio and walks backward through the depths until november 13. it’s not here to break your phone. it’s here to reread the tracks, reopen the unsaid, and show you where the story really went. the secrets coming up now are the ones that set you free.

venus walks back into libra, still retrograde, and relationship matters from earlier this fall come back to the scale. the agreement you made too fast, the connection you never defined, the imbalance you decided to live with. this isn’t about undoing. it’s about reweighing. peace built on silence won’t hold now, but peace built on truth will.

the full moon rises in taurus opposite the sun and venus in the depths, with pluto pressing from aquarius in a tight fixed t-square. what’s mine, what’s ours, and who controls it all comes to a head. security you borrowed gets teste by @sensualnoiree

Mercury stations retrograde in scorpio on october 24th and stays there until november 13th, never actually leaving the sign. it’s asking all of us to go back down for what we buried. the conversations we skipped, the questions we swallowed, the truths we said we were “fine” with. this isn’t the time to run from what surfaces. it’s the time to sit with it, read it twice, and finally understand it. what you’re willing to look at now is what sets you free on the way back up 🕯️

the last time mercury went retrograde in scorpio was 2019… so yea bbyy, we’re reopening that group chat 🙂‍↕️

Every Wednesday you’ve ever lived belongs to Mercury. Mercredi. Miércoles. In Old English it’s Woden’s day, after Odin, who pierced himself with his own spear and hung suspended from the cosmic World Tree for nine days and nights without food or water to gain supreme wisdom and magic.

Language has always cost something. ☿

Mercury is your mind, your words, your texts, contracts and passwords. Scorpio is what’s underneath them: secrets, debt, desire, death, the money you share and the truths you don’t. Put the messenger in the sign of the underworld, send him backwards from Oct 24 to Nov 13, and he goes looking for what you’ve buried.

Venus has been retrograde since Oct 3, in one of her weakest signs. Love, beauty, money and our values aren’t experienced the same in the light of Scorpio. Around Oct 23 she passes between us and the Sun, vanishes, and comes back as the morning star instead of the evening star.

Mercury makes the same crossing Nov 4. Both planets will disappear and are then reborn in the same season. ♀

The old alchemists called mercury the metal you can’t hold. Whatever these two touch this month could feel like it’s slipping through clenched hands. Maybe try opening them.

Who feels this most/Look to these houses:
♏ Scorpio: both planets are in your sign
♉ Taurus: your opposite sign, and Venus is your ruler (relationships)
♌ Leo: home, family, roots
♒ Aquarius: career and reputation
♊ Gemini & ♍ Virgo: Mercury rules you
♎ Libra: Venus finishes her retrograde in your sign

Check for your rising, Sun, Moon sign 💫

Any planet between 5° and 21° of Taurus, Leo, Scorpio or Aquarius are in the spotlight 🖤

🖤 Venus isn’t just the love planet 🖤

She starts in the body. What we touch, taste, own, and crave. What feels safe, beautiful, and worth holding onto.

Then she turns the spiral. Desire becomes discernment.

She teaches us to ask:
What is actually valuable?
What is worth my energy?
What does it mean to truly bring two things into harmony?

That’s Venus at her fullest: she turns attraction into meaning, and knowledge into wisdom.

Right now she’s moving through the depths of Scorpio, where she stops asking what looks beautiful and starts asking what’s true. And she stations retrograde tomorrow. 🌑

This is a portal to look beneath the surface:
→ Where am I holding on out of fear, not love?
→ What do I desire, and what is that desire really asking of me?
→ Which relationships and values are real, and which are only comfortable?

Don’t force new love or big decisions right now. Let her show you what’s hidden, so you can release what’s weighing on you and keep what’s real.

Watch the full reel, then tell me in the comments: what is Venus asking you to look at? 👇

Save this for the retrograde. 🔖

2021 my daddy passed, this Saturday was his solar return, and yall, I been deep in my feefees and thoughts bout it. On becoming the woman I am while also coming to the realization that she can still be and is that lil girl missing her daddy, I am still processing the strategy on holding both of these bbys without being riddled with shame. As a Gemini I know a huge component of this is my need to COMMUNICATE through this and so here are some of my thoughts I been flowing through, but also I intend to shift the ways in which I am in communication to my daddy. Everything about this chapter of life feels like both an energetic and physical call to more authentic forms of devotion, growth, and expression of self. So I hope to intentionally invite him in and honor the moments he learns me something new about life, something he has always been pretty damn good at, my fellow Scorpio moon 🖤 I love you Daddy. by @sensualnoiree

11 years ago, Q and I came together and unknowingly began creating something bigger than either of us. I’ve come to believe that when two people come together, they birth something. The relationship is shared energy, a living thing that is cared for, nurtured, challenged, protected, and allowed to grow. And for 11 years, we’ve been cultivating ours.

So many people have been a part of that journey. Some have come and gone, some have stayed, and so many have poured love into us along the way. You’ve watered us, cared for us, reminded us of who we are, and held space for our love even in moments when we were still learning how to hold it ourselves.

I think one of the greatest things these 11 years have taught us is that when two people choose each other, it’s never really just two people coming together. We bring our worlds with us: families, friends, dreams, passions, desires, histories, communities, and more. And somewhere in all of that, we’ve learned more and more about what it actually means to love. And understanding that love is something we practice, and something we are. 11 years later, we’re still becoming. And now, we’re engaged. 💍

Cheers to everything we’ve built, everyone who has helped us build it, and everything still waiting for us on the other side of this yes. ❤️

After 11 years of building our own type of love through shared growth, joy, soul altering laughs, tears, good food, a considerable amount of ass shaking, and all the unexpected in between, @plekien got down on that knee and asked THE QUESTION y’all 👀🤭🥰. I had NO idea (friends, family, and the ranch staff played it perfectly cool 😏). Speckles & Duke - our gorgeous horses, were perfect, the weather was perfect, and the shock + joy on my face says it all. Oh.. and baby…the ring?! 💍✨ So ready for this next chapter, together My Pepe 🤎😘🫶🏿 by @sensualnoiree

Uranus don’t really care all that much about our comfort zones 🫠

Before we get into what’s coming on April 29th — I really think that its important that we actually understand the planet we’re dealing with because Uranus is not a subtle energy. It is the insistence of life itself to keep moving, keep evolving, keep refusing to stay in any fixed form and it has been this way since the very beginning.

And speaking of the beginning, we’re in the season of the first spark, the first breath, the eternal “I exist, I begin, I go.” Aries ain’t really about easing in which we know. We can FEEL how it’s actually about the impulse that moves before the mind catches up. And the planet that rules that impulse is Uranus.

Uranus is the insistence of life itself to keep moving, the deep, cellular-level force that makes life refuse to stay in any fixed form. It is the pressure behind every beginning that has ever existed and Aries is the door while Uranus is what keeps kicking it open again and again.

And that is why this energy at its core is about liberation and not the kind you plan for…Baby it’s gone be the kind that arrives and removes every version of you that was never really free to begin with….the relationship you stayed in past its expiration.... the identity you built to survive instead of to live….Uranus pulls the structure out from under us not to leave us with nothing but because we were never meant to be that contained.

Aries knows this instinctively. The ram doesn’t hesitate but moves into action. And right now, with this season pushing on all of us that same energy is live in the collective.

Somethings shifting and we’re just getting started. 🪐 by @sensualnoiree

Most people know Aries is ruled by Mars. But at the soul level, Aries has a different ruler, Mercury. And understanding why opens up something much bigger than just one sign. It opens up the whole story of how consciousness comes to know itself.

Aries is the first house, the “I AM.” The original spark of existence. But consciousness, in its purest form, cannot perceive itself directly. The eye cannot see itself seeing. In Aries, awareness exists but it doesn’t yet know it exists. There is fire, there is force, there is the impulse to be, but no mirror yet. No witness.

This is where Mars comes in, not just as drive, but as the force of separation. For the soul to experience itself, it first has to step away from the whole. There has to be a severing. A pulling apart from the source so that an individual “I” can begin to form. Mars is that force. The cosmic push away from unity. And without it, individuation never begins, the soul stays dissolved in everything, perceiving nothing.

But separation alone isn’t enough. The “I AM” needs a thread back. A way to remain connected to what it came from, even while it ventures out into form and matter. That thread is Mercury, specifically Mercury’s function as the builder of the Antahkarana, the Rainbow Bridge between the lower and higher mind. Mercury doesn’t just spark the awareness in Aries. It holds the line. It keeps the channel open between the individuating soul and its source, even as the journey into matter begins.

And baby, that journey is long.

The spark ignited in Aries isn’t born into full form until Virgo where the soul becomes truly embodied. Individuated. A self in matter. Here’s what’s extraordinary: Mercury rules Virgo esoterically too. The same planet present at the ignition is the one that midwifes the soul into being. Mercury presides over both the first thought and the birth of the thinker.

The soul doesn’t come to know itself all at once. It steps away, individuates, and slowly, through lifetimes of becoming, it turns the light around.
