It's almost spooky season! But are you aware where most of the common Halloween customs in the Western world come from, and what they were for?

I love this time of year - it's a beautiful opportunity to wind down after the busy-ness of summer and to let go of the things, projects, people / relationships, roles etc that have run their course and to regroup over the winter months for the next season of growth. The junction between October and November is also traditionally the significant time of the year to honour our ancestors - generations of family that have come before us.

I'm pleased to be starting small group energy healing sessions (using the Inherited Release Method) once a month in-person in Frankfurt's inner city and online (Zoom). Each session will have a different theme and a curated soundtrack for your to journey through the sacred soundscape. Of course, the first IRM group session on 1st November at Ashtanga Yoga Raum Frankfurt will be about 'Honouring our Ancestors'.

You're invited to join us for an afternoon of relaxation and self exploration. I'm sure it will be a memorable and moving session.

Kind words from my lovely client Dawn on completion of Life Coaching with me. Her 10 week coaching container was for her to prioritise play, her painting, dial-up on the self love, and explore a number of projects that were pulling at her heart.

Dawn is a wonderful bodyworker, seasoned yoga teacher, avid surfer and somatic dance facilitator based in a little season town in Canada called Tofino. If you're ever in the area, be sure to look her up at www.tidalflow.ca and book a Spinal Flow session! by @serpenslumina

Kind words from coaching client Charlotte, who appreciated the structured support and forward momentum with various projects in her life through the 10-week coaching container. by @serpenslumina

For the [native] English speakers / non-German speakers / clients not based or around Frankfurt, Germany: you are welcome to join an online IRM session with me on 8 November, 11 December or early January 2027. Bookings via email. by @serpenslumina

I have planned some beautiful IRM small-group healing sessions planned for the autumn and winter months.

Our nervous system requires connection, predictability, repetition and adequate pacing (among other things) for trust and safety to be built in order to feel secure enough to let go of stress. For the client, IRM is a grounded, embodied practice of self inquiry. Much like mindfulness and meditation, these sessions are about cultivating presence and a stronger connection with the body in order to acknowledge what we are carrying, what is coming up to be witnessed and to allow these things to move through and out of our electromagnetic field easily and gracefully.

There are many different types of energy healing out there (I've trained in quite a few of them myself!) and no doubt you have watched lots of videos online. If you have ever had a Spinal Flow, IRM. Healing Touch or any other type of session with me, you'll know that, as a trauma-informed practitioner, I am not here to push to the body, or facilitate any particular movements or outcome. (Your mind-body-spirit is under stress and has been pushed enough in this life, thank you very much.) My intention is always to support your body to relax, unwind and let go of stress - be that physical, mental, emotional... from experiences this life or some other time/space. These sessions will be sacred containers for rest, transformation and liberation.

Come as you are, be respectful of the others you will be sharing space with, and honour your own journey and why you are being called to experience this modality in this way and at this time.

Group sessions are a wonderful opportunity for people to experience IRM who may not be able to afford a 1:1 session.

Bookings are taken via email. You must be over 18 years of age and there will be some general pre-qualifying questions to assess if this modality and this container is right for you.

I look forward to holding space for you through this darker months, that are calling us to go within, rest, reflect, shed layers, beliefs and old identities that no longer serve us, and to plant and tend the seeds that will grow in the spring. by @serpenslumina
