These last few months have been rough, I’ll tell you what. I’ve been riddled with self-doubt, questioning my purpose and what the hell I’m doing (like I know so many of us have). This industry (and life, honestly) can be unforgiving, harsh, cold and dismissive, but my god…when I get to sing like this and put all those feelings to work? I soar and remember who the heck I am. I love what I do and am so grateful I have the ability to do it. And this one take of this perfect song, put all those doubts to bed.
