I figured out how to go from $49K to six figures through a LOT of trial and error. Now I help women of color shorten that learning curve and build a career strategy that makes sense for their actual life.

Some jobs are not your forever job. They’re your debt-free, therapy-covered, get-paid-on-vacation job.

My name is Shaloma and I help women of color build relationships that land six-figure jobs after layoffs.

Girl, you’re too random! If you’re applying to different types of six-figure jobs with the same résumé and barely hearing back, your résumé is not showing employers why you’re qualified for the roles you want.

Let me help you identify the right opportunities, position your experience, and build a focused job-search strategy.

It’s valid to be afraid of stepping into another toxic workplace, but you’re doing yourself a disservice if you don’t apply at all. Investigate more in an interview! I did this and turned down a job I felt would be toxic.

I help women of color get six figure roles. We will evaluate each option to make sure it fits your goals and priorities.

You can be incredibly qualified and still struggle to communicate why someone should hire you for a six-figure role.

If an employer can clearly see the problems you’ve solved and the results you will contribute to, you WILL get hired sooner than later.

Before you tell yourself you don’t have a network, take inventory of the people you’ve already crossed paths with professionally.

Your next opportunity could start with a former coworker, classmate, or someone you haven’t spoken to in years.

I help women of color build genuine professional relationships and turn those connections into a more strategic job search.

Before you apply to another job, identify three things your next role needs to make possible in your life. Then use those priorities to evaluate opportunities instead of chasing titles and salaries alone.

This is part of what I help my coaching clients do: get clear on what they want, identify opportunities that align, and build the relationships and strategy to pursue them.

If every week feels like you’re starting your job search from scratch, motivation isn’t the answer. You are going to keep burning out. You need a realistic process, accountability, and a way to figure out what’s actually working.

Your interview isn’t just about proving what you’ve done. It’s about helping the hiring panel picture what you could do for THEM. I help women of color communicate their experience, demonstrate their judgment, and practice the answers that make their value clear.
