Day 06/30 day 100 people challenge.

Day 04/30 day 100 people challenge.
And today I had a very special guest.

A 12 year old boy.
My 4th person in this challenge.

He came for sprint training and movement work.
And for his age — his discipline and willingness to learn is already something special.

And to every parent in Dubai reading this
Getting your child into movement and sport early is one of the best things you can do for them.
The habits they build now are the foundation for everything that comes after.

Total 5 sessions done and 95 to go
See you on Day 5 by @shameertn__

people think lower back pain, knee pain, or hip imbalance comes suddenly.

But most of the time the body gives small warnings for months or even years before it becomes serious.

Weak glutes, weak lower back muscles, long sitting hours, bad posture,
no movement, overweight,
old injuries, and
even wrong exercise form can slowly create these issues.

When glutes become weak, the lower back and knees start taking extra pressure during walking, sitting, bending, stairs, and even simple daily movements.

That’s why people always feel tightness, stiffness, imbalance, one-sided pain,
or discomfort after standing for long time.

The dangerous part is:
people ignore it until pain becomes part of daily life.

Then, slowly, movement quality drops, posture changes, mobility decreases, and even basic activities become difficult.

This is why foundation training matters so much.

Not every client needs hard workouts immediately.

Sometimes, the body first needs correct movement, activation, stability, and consistency.

Small corrections done consistently for months can completely change how a person moves and feels daily.

I promised that I would train 100 people in 30 days

But on Day 1, I actually had one real problem.....

How do I actually find 100 people?

This is day 1 of 30 days, and 100 people challenge

I can't just sit and wait

So I tried these 3 methods

Linkedin
Social media &
My own network

After I send the connection, messages, and post.

I was waiting for the positive responses.
I dont even know if this will actually work?

Did I get any positive response?
On Day 2, I will give you a full update on what actually happened?

Second explanation video of the 30 Days / 100 People Challenge.

A lot of people asked me what exactly I’ll be offering during this journey.

So here it is.

This is not just about workouts.

I’ll be helping people with: • training structure • food guidance • consistency • understanding their body • and building a routine that actually fits life in Dubai

Different people with different goals and different schedules.

Some want fat loss. Some want muscle. Some just want to feel better again.

After coaching people in Dubai for almost 10 years, one thing I’ve learned is this:

people need clarity and consistency.

I welcome you to join this journey. See you soon.
