I was surprised with this beautiful bouquet of #dahlias last night aren’t they beautiful? I’m so blessed 🥰🌺🌸💜 #dahliasofinstagram #blooms #flowers #kindness by @shanecdotes

Some updated pics of my #backyardgarden and #backdeckgarden My brussel sprouts are finally, umm, well sprouting! Yay!! I’m overjoyed that even with the frigid New England weather we’ve been having lately, my flowers, herbs vegetables and even tomatoes are still thriving! I’ve recently planted 4 pots of Lacinato (Dinosaur)Kale, my favorite, which I will have the choice of picking as they grow and/or letting grow full size then harvest in December. I plan on doing both. Heck, I may plant more. #growyourownfood 💚💚 by @shanecdotes

Hey @jdvance I don’t know how your office got my number, but I don’t appreciate the threatening text. I can’t wait to NOT vote for your evil, corrupt administration. Boy, bye! by @shanecdotes

This birthday, I have a lot to celebrate. I could barely walk a year ago. I was bed ridden and house bound, so was my dog, I almost lost him twice. I did not even get to celebrate my Birthday last year because of it. By December I was in a wheelchair and could not even walk. Through all of my pain, illness, struggle and constant trauma bombs endured under this administration due to the constant threat of losing my health insurance and access to my life saving/sustaining triweekly antibody infusions and heavy regimen of meds to keep me here, It has been an absolute nightmare for me both physically and mentally. I’m still here. I made it another year. I’m over 80 pounds lighter after all the suffering, over 130 pounds lighter since 2020. I created beautiful gardens over the summer that brought bees and butterflies to my little zen world. I’m deeply grateful. I’m a survivor. I’m a wildflower. I speak the truth. I speak my truth no matter how uncomfortable. I respect myself. I respect others. I love myself. If I love you, you have my whole heart. Happy Birthday to me 💝🎈🌻☀️ Happy Birthday to my Mother in Heaven 🤍🕊️🌺 by @shanecdotes

Hope you’re all having a happy summer 🩵☀️🌊🌺🌻🌸💚 #selfie #beenawhile by @shanecdotes

Dinner tonight: Lobster Linquini in a butter lemon sauce with carmelized shallots finished with freshly picked parsley & chives from the garden, and organic cracked pepper. Bummed I forgot the lemon zest, but I have another serving for lunch tomorrow, I’ll add some then ☺️ #homechef #homechefsofinstagram 👩🏼‍🍳🦞🧈🍋 by @shanecdotes
