Offseason isn’t the break. It’s the investment. Training @brock.purdy13 this off-season was about stacking intentional work, day after day. You showed up, you put in the work. The 2026-27 season is about to feel it! #bangbangninergang #49ers #ninergang #nfl #training by @shanewallen

@kollective.inc is opening this month in Nashville. A social performance club, the Austin-born concept combines elite training, performance medicine, recovery, work, and community under one roof. The brand’s third location, Kollective Nashville hosts the brand’s biometrics-driven training model and recovery amenities like contrast therapy, compression, and red light therapy — plus mind-body classes and an on-site clinic offering PT, chiropractic, IV therapy, bloodwork, and peptides. Purpose-built with quiet coworking, members-only lounges, and social events, The Kollective is extending the role of the traditional third space, with more spaces to come. 📩 Subscribe to Fitt Insider for the latest health and fitness headlines — delivered every Tuesday and Friday → link in bio. by @shanewallen
20 months ago, this was an idea and a lot of conversations. Friday night, it was a room full of the people who believed in it before there was anything to see. Founders, athletes, creatives, our founding members, partners, investors, and friends who’ve been asking “so when do you open?” for about 19 of those 20 months. 😅 Every delay, change order, and late night was worth it to stand in that room with you. The Kollective was never just about the space. It’s about who’s in it, and Friday proved we’re building something real. Thank you to everyone who came out, raised a glass, and keeps showing up for this vision. The doors open soon, and the best part hasn’t even started. Train together. Recover together. Build together. All @kollective.inc Nashville. #nashville #community #culture #train #recovery by @shanewallen
18 months in the making. One night we’ll never forget. Built on a vision. Brought to life through hard work, unwavering belief, and a shared commitment to creating something bigger than a gym. Friday night was more than a grand opening. It was a celebration of the people, the passion, and the community that made this moment possible. To everyone who believed in the vision, helped bring it to life, and showed up to celebrate with us, thank you. Nashville, you made our first night one to remember. New city. Same mission. Community. Connection. Kulture. by @shanewallen

Shane Wallen has spent nearly a decade helping elite athletes optimize performance, recovery, and readiness. Now, he’s taking that same approach to his own health and longevity — because performing at your best isn’t just about today. It’s about building for the years ahead. Train today. Build for Tmrw. by @shanewallen
Nashville’s still asleep. We’re not. 5:30am. Founders, operators, dads, former athletes. Different businesses, same standard. Nobody’s here because they have to be. Everybody’s here because they’re showing up for the guy next to them, and that’s what it’s all about. Support your friends. Show up for your people. Pour into those who need it. Iron sharpens iron, and it hits different before sunrise. See you soon, Nashville. @kollective.inc @kollective.nashville #gym #training #workout #community #nashville by @shanewallen
