Technically, golf season is over… but unfortunately we live in California 🤷🏻‍♀️

So I guess we’ll just keep playing 😉 by @shanksandsmiles

Sooooo fun!!! 🤩 by @shanksandsmiles

Good friends, good vibes, great golf 🙂‍↕️ by @shanksandsmiles

Record yourself. Even when you feel like you look terrible. 😂

As a perfectionist, I’m usually watching the video thinking, “Yeah… delete that.” Meanwhile, I’m actually looking at proof that I’ve gotten better.

You don’t always notice the progress while you’re in it. Sometimes you need the receipts. 📝

After a few days of rain, we ended up picking the perfect evening to play some sunset golf 🌧️🌅 by @shanksandsmiles

Beginning of this year I could go whole rounds without making a par. Lately, it’s been looking very different 🥹

I’ve been feeling so much more consistent and I can finally feel a real change in my game.

We’re approaching 2 years since we picked up golf, and it’s been so fun watching the little improvements add up. The progress can feel slow, but moments like this make it all so rewarding. ✨

KAWWWW 🦅🦅

First of many Eagles in the books.
Slowly getting that handicap down! 📉 by @shanksandsmiles

Women belong in golf.
And honestly, that’s why this conversation matters. Golf should be a place where women feel welcomed, included, and respected, not used as the punchline.

For the women who play, the men who love them, and everyone helping grow this game, we can do better. 🫶🏼💚 by @shanksandsmiles

Chester L. Washington might not be the flashiest course in LA, but that’s part of what makes it such a fun round. ⛳️

It’s a classic LA muni that rewards keeping the ball in play, picking smart targets, and taking advantage when you actually give yourself a scoring opportunity. The course isn’t overly long, but the tree-lined fairways and smaller greens can turn a slightly-off shot into a much harder hole pretty quickly.

For us, it’s the kind of course that feels approachable enough to have fun, but still exposes the parts of your game that need work. 😂 And when the putts start dropping… there are definitely birdies out there. 🐥 by @shanksandsmiles

Birdie chance incoming! 🐥⛳️

Eyleen’s been putting in the work with her 3-wood, and it’s starting to pay off—giving herself a legitimate look at birdie on a Par 5.

Par 5s have been our nemesis. Long, accurate shots are some of the toughest in golf, but the progress is showing.

One swing at a time. One stroke closer. 🏌️‍♀️🔥
