a mix of calisthenics + strength training 🤏🏾 my upper days are more muscle up strength and technique focused, prioritizing explosiveness/power. #calisthenics #upperbody #upperbodyworkout #upperlower by @shapebyshelbie
building core strength is so impt for training performance, especially if you lift heavy. this summer, visible abs AND big glutes are on the menu, not one or the other 🙂‍↕️ #corestrength #coretraining #coreworkout by @shapebyshelbie
even though im pivoting towards calisthenics for upper body, i plan on returning to these staple workouts at some point & they definitely helped me achieved more muscle mass and noticeable back definition. i would also pair this with a 4th accessory movement like rear delt flies, a unilateral back exercise, or bicep curls! #backday #upperlower #backtraining by @shapebyshelbie
i don't want to be petite i want to be baki!! #gymmotivation by @shapebyshelbie
ima hold your hand when i say this...you should be doing BSS for well rounded glutes & to help correct muscle imbalances 🥲 #bulgariansplitsquats #gluteday by @shapebyshelbie
there's definitely a learning curve with step ups but once you pick a variation, focus on improving your form, and increase the weight overtime, you'll definitely have bigger glutes. #glutegrowth #stepups #gluteworkouts by @shapebyshelbie
i heavy bulked this past winter for gains & finally achieved my goal weight! now, my goals have changed to body recomposition (maintaining weight while simultaneously increasing muscle mass and losing fat). im roughly 130-135 lbs, so I aim for 130g of protein per day, 40-50g of fat, and 300g of carbs for fuel on heavy lifting days. #highproteinmeals #groceryhaul #groceryshopwithme by @shapebyshelbie
easily my fave day in my split!!! my quads are still sore from yday #glutesday #quadworkout #legdayworkout by @shapebyshelbie
