#Throwback I styled the finale episode of ‘Great British Menu’ season 20 back in February & completely forgot to upload it. Anyway this is a bit of me styling behind the scenes at Blenheim palace.😊😊 #stylistdiaries #styledbyshara by @sharajohnson

Got nominated for designer of the year at the ‘We are Creative Awards’ in Birmingham for my work. Out of 200 nominations I was named as a finalist. I didn’t win but my family were proud and my outfit & shoes were cute. 🥰 💕 💕

At a time where much of the TV industry is in shambles and many freelancers, stylists and creatives are out of work, I’ve faced so many rejections in the past 12 months, whether it’s from styling jobs, costume jobs, tv jobs and it always feels like everyone is working except you - it’s difficult not to take it personally and sometimes I wonder why do I bother and is any of this even worth it anymore?

stylists and designers really do have the ability to transform a storyline, a script or how a client feels about themselves when they wear an outfit or a design you’ve put together which is something I’m so passionate about. And moments like yesterday re affirm that I just need to keep going and what is meant for me is for me and will not pass me by.

In 2025 I’m backing myself, and I’m not sleeping on myself - even if other people are. And with that being said #watchthisspace 😊💕

Side note: how I dress at work compared to outside of work is actually hilarious to me, I literally have two personas 🤣🤣 #fashion #wardrobe by @sharajohnson
