My 2 biggest fans 💗

People often ask me how I stay motivated and to be honest I don’t, I find it really hard stay motivated. My mum was my number 1 fan, always encouraging me to be 100% myself as well as motivating me to do better. She was the woman that made me feel like I was capable of anything I put my heart to 👑

Losing her was extremely hard, my best friend who was cheerleading for me was all of a sudden gone… My life changed dramatically, unfortunately not much long after I lost my 2nd biggest fan, my dad 😢.

Competing in this show this year I was so damn excited to show off to my dad 🤩, I couldn’t wait to show him what I was capable of. I was so lost after this happened, I felt like the world was against me and didn’t know what was the point

You could imagine how hard it could be to still try and reach your goals despite everything that is happening. I am making this post because I am damn proud of myself for not giving up when the world gave me every reason to 🖕

I wanted to make them so proud and I still will❤️. You two are my motivation and everything I do I know my angels are still watching down 🕊

And a special shout-out to the people who are currently in my life. The support system I have is amazing ❤️ you all know who you are and because of you guys, I feel more safe in this world 🌍

Hi, I’m Sharday!

I’ve been teaching Pilates for around four years and come from a background in fitness and personal training. My passion is helping people discover just how strong and capable their bodies can be, while creating a supportive environment where everyone can challenge themselves at their own pace.

I believe movement should leave you feeling empowered, confident, and stronger not just physically, but mentally too.. Whether you’re new to Pilates or have years of experience, my classes are designed to help you move well, build strength, and enjoy the process.

I can’t wait to see you in class on Tuesday mornings at 5:15am and 6:15am

To my sweet girl, you were a part of the family and we were so grateful to have you as our cat. Before my 7th birthday we went to go and look at a brown cat named “Coco” that was up for grabs, we were hoping to take Coco home that day but as soon as I walked in, you came out of your cage and walked directly to me. Mum looked at us and said yep that’s our girl. (Don’t worry coco did get adopted too 😂 just not by us)

We were ecstatic that we had finally convinced Dad to let us have a cat that was able to join our dog Molly. We had a few surprises turn up at our door (snakes, rats and birds 😖) We thought wow, what have we gotten ourselves into.

Moving out when I was 18 I had a few years without you but made sure to visit as much as I could. When I moved back home last year at the age of 24 I couldn’t believe how great of shape you were in. It had felt like nothing had changed and we grew closer than ever.

I am forever grateful that I got to spend your last year and days with you, we had so much fun and I loved that this was your house and you weren’t going to tolerate any BS from Spooky 😆. Waking up at 4am for my early Pilates didn’t feel too bad because you were always awake and I got to give you a kiss goodbye.

You went through it all Misty, we went through girlhood together and we grieved together but you knew nothing but love and I’m proud of that ❤️

I’m happy that you’re in a better place now and are no longer in pain. You stayed so strong for us all ❤️ Love you Misty. by @shardayprice
