Before I ask anyone else what I should do, I take care of my Orí. 🤍

My Orí is my spiritual head. In my practice, my Orí determines my alignment, and that matters most in the everyday moments: when I’m upset and ready to speak, when I owe someone an answer, or when I’ve asked three people for advice before I’ve even sat down to pray.

I prepare cool water with mint, rosemary, white flowers, and the water from a dry coconut. I cleanse my crown, cover my head with a clean cloth, and give myself time to sit with this prayer:

May my head be cool. May I recognize what is mine to do. May my next choice honor the guidance I’ve asked for.

Sometimes the first answer is, “You can wait until morning.” Honoring my Orí means listening to that, too. 🤍 #witches #espiritismo #fyp #ori #palomonte by @she.is.aligned

Six planets retrograde at once can sound intense, but this isn’t a cosmic punishment.

It’s a review season.

Mercury asks us to rethink.
Venus asks us to revalue.
Saturn asks us to restructure.
Uranus asks us to reimagine.
Neptune asks us to see through illusion.
Chiron asks us to revisit what still needs tenderness.

Not everything needs to be pushed forward right now.

Some things need to be understood.
Some agreements need to be reconsidered.
Some boundaries need to be strengthened.
Some patterns need to be interrupted.
And some versions of ourselves simply no longer fit where we’re going.

Retrogrades can invite us to turn inward long enough to notice what we’ve been moving too quickly to see.

So instead of asking,
“Why does everything feel delayed?”

Try asking:

“What am I being given the opportunity to understand before I move forward again?”

This season isn’t necessarily about stopping.

It’s about making sure your next move is actually aligned with who you are becoming.

Save this for the days when the energy feels heavy, confusing, or slow. ✨#witches #fyp #astrology #cosmic #magic by @she.is.aligned

What if the thing you’re afraid to lose is also the thing you’ve outgrown? 🌕♉️

The relationship you keep explaining away. The work that pays the bills but leaves no room for your life. The habit of saying “I’m fine” because admitting what you need might require a change.

Through the symbolism of this Taurus Full Moon, we’re exploring what we value, what we hold onto, and what we call security.

There is beauty in loyalty, patience, and building something that lasts. There is also a moment to ask: Does this still support the woman I’m becoming?

You don’t have to turn your life upside down to answer honestly. Start with one conversation, one boundary, or one choice that reflects what matters to you now.

Swipe through for reflection prompts and where to look in your birth chart. Save this for your full moon journaling. ✨

What’s one thing you’re ready to stop holding onto out of habit?

You’ve spent so much time wondering if you’re the woman he wants. When was the last time you asked if you’re living the life you want?

Maybe you’ve been keeping the peace by swallowing your words. Making room for everyone’s needs while quietly postponing your own. Looking in the mirror and missing the woman who used to have plans for herself.

You’re allowed to make room for her again.

Choosing yourself can begin with something small: keeping a promise to yourself. Saying what you need without apologizing for having needs. Letting someone’s actions inform your decisions, even when you hoped for something different.

That is sacred work, too.

At She Is Aligned, we bring our relationships, our emotional patterns, and our spiritual lives into the conversation. We practice pausing, speaking clearly, setting boundaries, and following through with ourselves.

You can come with questions. With a tender heart. With a spiritual practice you want to deepen and everyday habits you’re still figuring out.

You don’t have to have it all together to begin choosing yourself.

If you’ve been looking for a place to learn, reflect, and practice alongside other women, explore my mentorships through the link in my bio. 🤍

Girl, when was the last time you checked in with your body before asking it to keep going? 🌿

Take a moment. Notice your jaw, your shoulders, your hands. What feels tense? What feels comfortable? You don’t have to force anything to change.

Let this be a gentle question: “What do I need right now?”

A pause. Some space. Support. Permission to say, “I’ll respond when I’m ready.”

In Regulated & Aligned, we practice noticing ourselves with compassion and making room for a more intentional response. That awareness belongs in our everyday lives and our spiritual practice. 🤍

Where do you notice tension first?

A woman’s softness is not proof that a relationship is safe—and her defensiveness is not automatically proof that she is the problem.

Sometimes her body is responding to an old wound. Sometimes it is responding to the inconsistency happening right in front of her. The work is learning how to tell the difference.

Can you regulate yourself without dismissing what you feel? Can you communicate clearly without overexplaining? Can you recognize when you’re being triggered—and when your body is warning you?

Inside The Woman in Relationship, we are not teaching women to become softer so they can tolerate more. We are learning how to create safety within ourselves, recognize our attachment patterns and remain connected to who we are while loving someone else. #espiritismo #spiritualjourney #fyp #guidance #nervoussystemregulation by @she.is.aligned
