I recently became a certified Sound Healing Practitioner & its amazing how powerful and #transformative the journey has been. My neighborhood has been whilin lately, so today I chose to raise the #frequency in my #community.

Looking forward to facilitating individual and group #soundbath sessions in the near future.

Sound healing is a powerful tool for releasing tension held in the body and creating space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.

With everything happening in the world, finding healthy ways to manage stress and nurture our well-being is more important than ever.

Sometimes, we need to give ourselves permission to pause.

I’ll be opening my calendar for sound healing sessions soon. ❤️

You know it’s time. You’ve been holding on to this hurt, guilt, anger, confusion, frustration for too long. Surrender. I trust that whoever this message is for will receive it in divine timing. #fyp #trust #surrender #mindsetshift #explorepage by @sheismagic_coaching

Somebody needed to hear it. Maybe it was me? Take what resonates & if it doesn’t, repost b/c it may be just the thing somebody else needs. ❤️ #fyp #mindsetshift #wellness #foryoupage #explorer by @sheismagic_coaching

What’s stopping you? There’s no difference between you and anybody else. You are capable. You have the tools and resources. You CAN do this. Make it happen, babe. ❤️ #mindsetshift #sheismagiccoaching #wellness #explore by @sheismagic_coaching

For the past 2 years, I’ve been learning about herbs, experimenting with blends, and building my own apothecary.

Today was my first time dehydrating an herb myself, and I’m so proud of this little milestone. 😍❤️

There’s something really special about learning the plants, working with them with my own hands, and slowly creating something that’s uniquely mine.

I haven’t shared much of this journey online, but I think it’s time to start letting you guys in.

More to come. ❤️ by @sheismagic_coaching

Sometimes the blessing is in going anyway.

Showing up. Stepping into the unknown. Trusting that you’re exactly where you’re supposed to be.

What started as a practice of me grounding myself turned into an organic opportunity for connection.

Here’s a reminder to do it anyway.

You never know how the blessing will arrive. 💚

Spirit told me to take my energy clearing practice to the park today.

I almost talked myself out of it because people might see me.

Then I remembered the practice isn’t for them. It’s for me. So I did it anyway. 💚🌻 #fyp #energyhealing #spirituality #HolisticHealing #wellness by @sheismagic_coaching

This part of the journey is on you.

The sign.
The confirmation.
The permission.

You’ve already received it.

Now comes the part where you trust yourself enough to move.

Not everyone can take this next step for you.

It’s your turn.

💜 Receive what resonates.

What if healing wasn’t another thing to accomplish?

What if it looked like slowing down…
softening your shoulders…
opening your heart…
and remembering who you were before the world told you who to be?

Testing a new blend and she’s giving divine feminine energy, sensual confidence, and return-home-to-self medicine in a cup. 🌹✨

I’ve been working on something behind the scenes 🌿

What started as a personal remedy turned into something my body deeply responds to.

Clarity Drops: Respiratory Wellness Elixir
crafted for release, clarity, and flow.🌿🤎

Not available yet for the masses… but it’s coming 👀✨

Skincare is not just what you put on your face… it’s what you’re feeding your body too.

And let me be honest, I’ve been indulging a little too much…pizza, fried foods… living life. But my skin always lets me know when it’s time to come back into balance.

So tonight’s reset looks like:
A clean face, a detoxing clay mask, and my nighttime skin glow tea (calendula, rose & lemon balm) working from the inside out.

Followed by deep hydration, intentional layering, and patting everything into my skin; not rushing, not forcing… just pouring back into myself.

No guilt. No shame. Just awareness, moderation, and realignment.

This is what taking care of yourself holistically looks like 🤍
