Morning Jog — With one intention: breathe through the nose. In. Out. No mouth involved. Why? Because when you breathe through your nose, your body produces up to 6x more nitric oxide (NO) than when breathing through your mouth. And if you hum while exhaling? That number jumps to 16x. 🧠 Nitric oxide is a signaling molecule that opens blood vessels, increases oxygen delivery, enhances circulation, and improves performance—physically and mentally. It’s literally the reason Viagra works. Yep—Viagra’s main mechanism is boosting nitric oxide to increase blood flow. 💨 Nostrils only. 🎶 Hummed my exhale. 🧬 Flooded my system with vitality. Your breath is powerful. Learn how to use it. #NasalBreathing #NitricOxide #Breathwork #RunnerHigh #NaturalViagra #MorningRoutine #MouthTape #Jogging #BiohackYourBreath #NoseOnly #HumAndRun #OxygenIsFuel by @shelbykos
I’m So proud of my husband that through all his adversity he has always kept a positive attitude. He has never been bitter from life and always seeks to Love others and to help someone in our community. He’s the kind of guy you call when you lose your job, when someone dies, when your girlfriend breaks up with you. He just has the biggest heart and I’m grateful he’s surrounded by wonderful people who celebrate and honor him. Congrats Steven ‼️‼️‼️❤️🙌🙌🙌 by @shelbykos

In a recent interview on the @shannonsharpe84 Show, former NFL tight end Jeremy Shockey spoke publicly about taking Viagra before games because of its effects on blood flow. Former @ochocinco —the Cincinnati Bengals’ all-time leader in receptions, receiving yards, and receiving touchdowns—even claimed that playing with Viagra was like “running on three legs!” So what’s the science behind it? Viagra works by enhancing the body’s nitric oxide signaling, allowing blood vessels to stay relaxed longer. The result is improved blood flow to tissues that need it most. That’s why researchers have explored its potential effects on exercise performance, oxygen delivery, and recovery. Now let’s connect that to breathing. When we chronically overbreathe—breathing too fast or too deeply—we exhale excessive carbon dioxide (CO₂). CO₂ isn’t just a waste gas; it’s one of the body’s natural regulators of blood vessel tone. As CO₂ levels fall, blood vessels constrict, reducing blood flow to the brain and working muscles. Less blood flow can mean less efficient oxygen delivery, poorer decision-making under pressure, earlier fatigue, and slower recovery. The goal isn’t to breathe more—it’s to breathe better. Learning to control the rate, depth, and timing of your breathing helps you maintain healthy CO₂ levels, support circulation, and optimize oxygen delivery—without taking a pill. Your breathing is one of the few physiological systems you can consciously control. Train your breathing, and you train your performance. We see the circle of Love, the Law of Life, in everything God creates. In every breath we demonstrate giving: We give away carbon dioxide to the plants, and the plants give back oxygen to us. Imagine if you were to decide, “ I don’t want to be a part of the circle of giving. If my body makes carbon dioxide, it’s mine; I have the right to it. You can’t have it.” The only way to do that is to stop breathing — to die. If we hoard the product of our breathing, maybe by putting a bag over our heads, the carbon dioxide becomes the poisoning agent that kills us. In all life, we see the circle of giving, which is the law of love. “Anyone who does not love remains in death” 1 john 3:14 #breath #health #life #principles #unconditional❤️ by @shelbykos

Please Ignore my chihuahua he doesn’t believe in personal space. 😮‍💨 Featured here is a 20 minute carbon dioxide foot bath. My husband has a minor foot infection, and we’re using this as a natural alternative approach alongside conventional care. I filled the tub with 2 gallons of warm water, added half cup of baking soda, and slowly sprinkled in vitamin C powder to create the CO₂ reaction. Bacteria cannot survive in high concentrations of carbon dioxide which is why bread and meat packaging are often infused with CO₂ to help slow bacterial growth. Would you try this? #science #infection #staphprevention #bubbles #co2 by @shelbykos
