My Project M Family 💜💛🖤

This first photo was taken at 2024 Peaks. I remember distinctly yelling at coach ‘This is our year c@&t’

…and we did it. Together we worked hard for a performance neither of us could fathom. (Still trying to work out what the hell happened & how we pulled it off)

On Saturday @nathanmillerproject_m awarded me with performance of the year with @kye_fox to say I was humbled is an understatement. KYE I know in the future I’ll see you on the pro tour and I’ll be able to say “yeah me and junior, we won performance of the year award together back in the day”

A year of BIG highs and some dips along the way, attending 6 peaks is not only a way to come together and celebrate (in the weirdest way possible killing oursevles for 10+ hours) with our @project.m.training family.
It’s also my way of saying to the universe “is that all you’ve got?!? F**king bring it”

George (aka Nate) thank you for continuing to inspire and bring us together and to have our backs along the way. Love you big my brother, coach & forever inspiration. Thanks for the many ‘5min chats’ that last an hour, fist pump emojis, running like a muppet to make sure I finish strong and for the finish line hugs and the hours of endless fun. Whether it be down in the Wollongong Alps, in jindy, France or grinding on the trainer, I know you’ve got our backs.

We did good. by @shelleycasey1

Day for us. by @shelleycasey1

Struth. That was a cracker!!!!

I was determined to hit the podium for this one.

Wasn’t going to let a wedding, broken bike, cancelled swim (kinda for the better for me), or hitting the deck at 100k get in my way.

Team Shell & George.
You backed me the whole way. We did this together. Years in the making but we did it our way. Laughs, adventures and grinding like a f**king mongrel.
You’re my favourite coach. Don’t forget that.
@nathanmillerproject_m @project.m.training

@mfraserbell thanks matchewww my 🐛 for your patience and support and your cheerleading efforts (even though I think you were just there to have the longest second date in history 😂) love you BIGS bug xx

Team @balancetriclub + all the other @nswtriathlon clubs @project.m.training @tri_mob @ktctriclub @byrontriclub @pantherstri @_bottleit
Thanks for letting me play and for the on course support!!!! We are all equally nuts and I love it!!!!

Thanks for the HUGE amount of ks and hills @centennialparkcc that made me so strong on that bike course.

It definitely took a village for this one!
…. I think I need to go get a full IM PB NOW 😜

Partners in crime for life.
Whatever turns you on.
I’m going where you’re going.

💛you my bug x by @shelleycasey1

Early this year I stepped into new space and tried my hand at standup comedy with my show TWATFACE.

I was overwhelmed with the support from family, long time friends (including high school buddies and past students), training buddies & theatre nerds / colleagues.

This was a real challenge for me but I’m super proud what I achieved and looking forward to reshaping this show to make it bigger and better 🤣🤣🎭🎭🚴‍♀️🚴‍♀️💦💦

Thankyou @sydneyfringe @syd_fringe_comedy @factory_theatre
