Awaken. Align. Consciously create.

I’ve started paying attention to the way my mind processes information, and I realize I’m seeing more than just the words someone is saying.

I’m noticing the beliefs, rules, and programs underneath it.

I’m seeing the missing links, the pieces that don’t connect, and the different pathways forward.

And when someone brings me a problem, my mind starts organizing it and seeing possible solutions in real time while we’re talking.

For a long time, I thought everybody’s mind worked like that.

Now I understand that this is part of how I help people.

I help you see what you can’t always see when you’re inside of your own life.

Once you can see what’s running underneath the surface, you have awareness.

And awareness gives you the ability to choose differently and start creating your life more consciously.

My daughter’s Halloween wedding! 🖤❤️ It was the most beautiful day!

What I didn’t mention in the video is that I baked and frosted the wedding cake, and my daughter decorated it!

And that skeleton cake topper? It was actually a paper towel holder!

The first cake sank, so after being on my feet for 13 hours, I had to start over at 10:30 that night. I finally finished around 1 a.m.

The next morning, about five minutes before we had to leave for the wedding, I tightened the topper so I could lift the cake.

And POP! Off came the head. 😂

My daughter and I looked at each other and laughed. We grabbed the super glue, fixed it, and put a black hair tie around her neck to disguise the repair. It looked like a choker!

There was a time when something like that would have sent me into a complete meltdown.

But this time, we paused, laughed, fixed it, and went on to have the most beautiful day.

That’s what awareness has changed for me.

Things don’t have to go perfectly for you to experience them beautifully. ❤️ by @shellirockclarity

You want it. You believe it’s coming. But how the hell do you feel like you already have it?

That’s where your imagination comes in.

Picture yourself living with what you want. Feel it. Experience it in your mind as though it’s already yours.

You don’t have to see it in front of you to begin feeling it.

What’s your signal?

When you’re consciously creating your life, it’s not just about what you want. It’s about what you’re putting out.

Your thoughts, feelings, emotions, and beliefs all play a part in the signal you’re sending out to the universe.

And that’s why getting crystal clear matters.

Become aware of what you’re thinking, what you’re feeling, and whether it aligns with what you want to create.

Clear your signal. Get it crystal clear.

And if you’re having trouble seeing what’s getting in the way, that’s exactly what I do in my Clarity Sessions.

When you’re manifesting something you want, doubts and old beliefs can show up automatically.

The key is to notice them without giving them any attention.

See them for what they are and let them go.

Then return to your absolute faith, knowing you already have it.

Life doesn’t have to be the way it is.

We’ve been taught to accept life as it comes and make the best of it.

But here’s the thing. You have a choice.

The more aware you become of what you’re thinking, believing, and accepting as truth, the more you realize you can choose differently.

You can consciously create the life you want to live.

That feeling of certainty you’re looking for is something you’ve already experienced.

Think about the times you’ve known something was coming without questioning it. You weren’t looking for proof. You just knew.

That’s the kind of unwavering faith I’m talking about when you’re manifesting something you want.

It’s not about hoping or waiting for evidence. It’s about feeling that certainty now, knowing it’s already yours.

We hear it all the time. Live in the now. Be present.

But what does that actually mean?

I knew instinctively that the now moment was important, but sitting quietly and breathing never felt like the whole picture to me.

Then I received an intuitive download from Source that completely changed my understanding of the now moment.

And I wanted to share it.

Have you ever questioned what it really means to live in the now?

The universe isn’t judging you. It’s reflecting what you’re broadcasting.

Your emotions, your beliefs, your self-talk. They’re all part of what you’re putting out into the world.

And here’s where awareness changes everything.

Start noticing how you feel.
Listen to how you talk to yourself.
Pay attention to your automatic reactions.

You can’t consciously change what you haven’t become aware of.

So here’s something to notice today:

What have you been broadcasting without even realizing it?

The universe has been answering you. Are you overlooking your inspirations?

When you’re manifesting, pay attention to the ideas that come to you.

That thought that suddenly drops in.
That idea that lights you up.
That nudge to go do something.

That’s how the universe communicates with you.

You don’t have to figure out every step or control how everything comes together.

But you do have to participate.

Notice the inspiration. Follow it. Take the action.

Have you ever followed an inspiration that led you to exactly what you needed?

Your future self isn’t someone you’re waiting to become.

Picture that version of you.

How do you move?
How do you think?
How do you feel?
What does your life look like?

Get so clear on it that you can feel it.

Then embody it now.

Move like that version of you.
Think like that version of you.
Feel like that version of you.

Stop waiting to become it.

Be it now.

You’ve been feeling it all along. You just didn’t have the language for it.

Your intuition / inner knowing doesn’t show up in just one way.

1. The Instant Knowing / Gut Feeling — you know before you have time to think.

2. The Felt Sense — your body tells you before your mind does.

3. The Quiet Tug — something keeps tugging you toward it.

4. The Loop — the same thing keeps circling back.

5. The Inspired Thought — an idea drops in and lights you up before logic kicks in.

Your knowing has been there all along.

You just didn’t know what you were listening for.

Which one do you notice most? Tell me 1–5.
