This was also the first pregnancy that I trained all the way through with, right up till 41 weeks and I honestly look back and feel so proud I did that because with my previous pregnancy’s I did NOTHING, I never knew I could workout this much but also I never felt empowered to.

I truly hope you feel inspired to keep your body moving and stay active throughout any season of your life!

Exercise is sooo much more then just looking a certain way!

It’s part of taking care of yourself and your family unit!

Your well-being is the most important thing to take care of while raising a family! You simply cannot pour from an empty cup.

“If you don’t take care of your wellness today you will be forced to take care of your illness one day”

Start today 🫶

And lots of water!!💦 This whole prep is new territory for me, especially weighing my food. I’ve always eaten intuitively, so it’s been interesting adjusting to this today! Excited to see how my body changes as I track everything. @alphaphysiquecoaching

The thing is, People will be rude and mean, but you get to decide what you do with it.

Take the carrots and make cake 🎂

You’re in the drivers seat, Don’t let other people’s words define you — and don’t let your own old words do it either.
