Unplug to unfold 🌀🌈⚡️ by @shemimartin

Honestly, I was surprised by the sheer number of people who chose to respond with senseless comments to a video of me simply shooting a bottle. It’s a video. Watch it, scroll past it. Not everything needs your judgement, and certainly not your vulgarity. What’s truly disappointing is how casually some men reduce a woman to their assumptions about her, revealing far more about themselves!! The state of discourse in our own Kerala community is genuinely disheartening. A society that confuses a woman's freedom with an invitation to pass judgement has a lot more growing up to do.!!!!!
Imagine if we spent half as much energy supporting one another as we do pulling each other down. We could be so much better than this.💔
Also i have immense respect for few chettanmar who actually defended them. My dropped heart lifted 7inches back up.🥹🙏 by @shemimartin

Dolce far niente🌸

The quiet art of being, without the burden of becoming🦋. Of letting time soften, the mind grow still, and life unfold without a hurry. Some moments ask for nothing but to be lived. 🤍 by @shemimartin

I’ve lived through seasons that felt like hell, and for a while, even purgatory felt like an accurate description. There were moments when I genuinely believed I had lost too much, that some things were irreversibly gone, and that all the struggle had led nowhere. I haven’t had some grand, life-changing win yet. But something has shifted.

I have a strange, quiet certainty that life will get better. There’s more clarity now, the noise is softer, and my focus feels calmer. Maybe that itself is a kind of victory. So, if you’re somewhere in that tunnel wondering if it ever ends—keep going. There is light. There is hope. And sometimes, you just have to keep walking until you reach it.✨️ by @shemimartin
