An amazing chicken salad filled a boost of lean protein, essential vitamins and long lasting fullness.

Not only is this an amazing way to get to your daily deficit but exactly what your gut needs! The fiber which aid digestion too from the leafy greens, carrots, peppers, cucumbers and olives that contribute to a healthy lifestyle.

It looks rather simple but very filling as juices due to the pre-cooked bell peppers.

So next time you prepare an entire chicken and don’t eat it all, leave the breast for your chicken salad the following day! It’s always a win

Keep sparkling ✨

Vicolo Baciadonne
~the little, narrow and pretty short passage way! Good enough to pass through and just perfect enough to keep the boys in LINE (excuse the pun) 😂

If you are a boy mom, you’ll know what I mean
