You have built a life that looks like success from outside.

You want to be present for yourself but are exhausted.
You want to be present for your kids but have lost the patience.
You want to be present in your relationahips but it just feels a lot of effort.

And so you continue doing what feels easy and get those quick dopamine hits with work achievements.

Come, now let's build a life that feels like success from the inside too ❤️

I was on vacation.

Beautiful place.
My family beside me.
Nothing urgent to do.

And yet… I couldn’t fully enjoy it.

My son was laughing, my husband was talking, the sunset was beautiful—and my mind was still somewhere else.

Thinking about work.
What needed to be done.
What was waiting for me when I returned.

And I realised…

𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗯𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀𝗻'𝘁 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗵𝗮𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.
𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗲𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲.

You can love your family deeply and still struggle to be present with them.

You can be on vacation and still feel like you’re carrying your entire life on your shoulders.

Because when your system has been living in 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲, 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 and 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 for too long, switching off isn’t as simple as booking a holiday.

You don’t need another vacation.

You may need to 𝙚𝙭𝙝𝙖𝙡𝙚.

That’s why I created 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗲 — a private, 2-hour stress release session to help you release the pressure, quiet the mental noise and reconnect with yourself.

Because you deserve to 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘁. 🤍

My story is such a powerful example of exactly what I mean.

I waited seven years for my son.

I wanted him deeply. Loved him deeply.

And yet when he arrived, I found myself carrying guilt because I couldn’t access the joy I thought I was supposed to feel.

Not because I didn’t love him.

Not because I wasn’t grateful.

But because trying so hard for something and working so hard for something doesn’t always mean my nervous system automatically knows how to receive it when it arrives.

I had become so accustomed to pressure, performance, striving, and pushing towards the next thing that I lost access to the quieter experiences that make life feel rich.

Presence.

Connection.

Wonder.

Joy.

The moments that don’t achieve anything, but somehow mean everything.

Over the years, I realized this wasn’t about learning to love my family more.

It was about reconnecting to my capacity to feel them more.

To be with them more.

To receive them more.

My relationship with my son, my husband, my community, and myself has evolved in ways words barely touch.

Not because I changed who I am.

But because I finally owned the truth that achievement alone wasn’t nourishing my heart.

As I’ve allowed myself to deepen, soften, and expand my life, something beautiful has happened.

And now...

Now I get to expand my career with my family firmly held in my heart.

Not instead of success.

Alongside it. 🫶

And that is what I am teaching all the high achieving women out there. On how burn out can sneak into our lives and make us feel invaluable. On how burn out slowly creeps into our career and relationships and how to prevent that from happening.

To bring Indian women on the global arena and what they can achieve when they are not burnt out. by @sheownsrooms

One of the lesser-talked-about effects of chronic stress is how much we stop trusting ourselves.

We second-guess our decisions, seek constant validation, overthink conversations and worry about disappointing people.

Sometimes, we aren't looking for advice. We're looking for reassurance that we're not doing something wrong.

Recovery is also about rebuilding that inner trust.

Being able to make a decision without guilt, say no without overexplaining, and trust your own voice without needing everyone's approval.

𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲.

And that's the kind of work we do in The Exhale.

DM me to begin your journey from chronic stress to a more grounded, confident version of yourself. by @sheownsrooms

𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗺𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗯𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝗽 𝗮𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆.

You might be 40 years old, but a part of you is still trying not to upset the adults who raised you.

Have you ever wondered why a small mistake makes you feel terribly guilty?

Why someone being upset with you can ruin your entire day?

Why you find it difficult to say no, disappoint people, or stand up for yourself?

Sometimes, the stress you experience as an adult has very little to do with what's happening today. It has a lot to do with what your childhood taught your body to expect.

Let's look at a few examples.

- 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘄 𝘂𝗽 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗿𝘆 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁. You learnt to constantly read people's moods, anticipate their reactions and avoid doing anything that could trigger their anger. Today, even an authoritative boss or an upset partner can put you on edge.

- 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗱. Nothing you did was ever good enough. You learnt that mistakes meant rejection or disapproval. Today, you overthink every email, conversation and decision. You struggle with perfectionism and feel guilty even when you've done nothing wrong.

- 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱. You were praised for being obedient, responsible and accommodating. Today, you struggle to say no, keep everyone happy and feel selfish whenever you prioritise yourself.

- 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗱. You were told not to cry, not to be dramatic, or to stop being sensitive. Today, you suppress your feelings until they come out as irritability, resentment, anxiety or emotional exhaustion.

- 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄 𝘂𝗽 𝘁𝗼𝗼 𝘀𝗼𝗼𝗻. You became the responsible one, the peacemaker, the child who never created problems. Today, you find it by @sheownsrooms

𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗲 𝗮 𝗠𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗶𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝘃𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘁 ❤️

When was the last time your child saw you genuinely happy?

Not rushing through chores.
Not mentally preparing for tomorrow.
Not snapping because you're exhausted.
Not carrying the weight of a hundred responsibilities.

But laughing uncontrollably.
Dancing to your favourite song.
Pursuing a dream.
Doing something simply because it makes YOU happy.

Somewhere between being a good mother, a responsible wife, a successful professional and the woman who holds everything together, you stopped living your own one precious life.

And stress has a lot to do with it.

It has made you so busy managing everyone else's needs that your own joy feels like a luxury.

You want your children to be fearless, but they rarely see you take a chance on yourself.

You want them to follow their dreams, but they've watched you put yours on hold.

You want them to enjoy life, but they've mostly seen you exhausted by it.

𝗠𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮, 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗻 𝗱𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝘆𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀. 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝗶𝗿 𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀.

They deserve to know that motherhood doesn't mean abandoning yourself.

And you deserve to know that too.

This is why I created 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗲.

A deeply immersive 2-hour private stress-release and restoration experience to help you release what you've been carrying, reconnect with yourself and create space for the woman beyond all her responsibilities.

Because your child gets one childhood.

And you get one precious life too.

Let's make sure you're both living it. ❤️

Stress management isn't just eating clean, hitting the gym and getting 8 hours of sleep.

It's receiving a difficult text without your entire body going into survival mode.

It's saying NO without drowning in guilt.

It's resting without feeling you've fallen behind.

It's having a difficult conversation without losing yourself.

It's being able to enjoy the life you've worked so hard to build.

𝗕𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀𝗻'𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗵𝗼𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆. 𝗜𝘁'𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝘀𝗼 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝙨𝙖𝙛𝙚 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝙡𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙞𝙙𝙚 𝗶𝘁.

And sometimes, what you need isn't another routine to follow.

You need to release what you've been carrying for years.

✨ THE EXHALE — A private, 2-hour immersive stress release and restoration experience.

DM EXHALE to begin your journey back home to yourself. by @sheownsrooms

And nobody is talking about it enough.

You still share a home.
You still discuss the bills, the children, the groceries, the next family function.

You are managing life together.

But when was the last time you truly felt CLOSE?

When was the last time you wanted to be held, touched, kissed… without feeling like it was one more thing expected of you?

For so many high-achieving women, intimacy is quietly becoming another casualty of chronic stress.

Because when your body has spent the entire day managing deadlines, difficult people, emotional responsibilities and everyone else's needs, desire doesn't always come naturally.

Your mind may want closeness, but your body is exhausted.

And slowly…

The kisses become fewer.
The cuddles become occasional.
Physical intimacy becomes another thing you postpone.
And two people who love each other begin feeling like roommates managing a household.

𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘀, 𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝘀𝗻'𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴. 𝗜𝘁'𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗿 𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗙𝗘𝗘𝗟 𝗶𝘁.

Chronic stress can affect desire, emotional availability and our ability to experience pleasure and connection.

And no, another date night isn't always going to fix what months or years of accumulated stress have done.

Sometimes, you need to address the stress itself.

This is why I created 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗘𝗫𝗛𝗔𝗟𝗘.

A deeply immersive, private 2-hour experience designed to help you release accumulated stress, reconnect with your body and begin moving out of constant survival mode.

Because you deserve more than a marriage that functions.

You deserve one where you can feel love, affection, pleasure and closeness again.

Your relationship deserves a version of you who has room to experience life, not just manage it. by @sheownsrooms

Sometimes, what feels safe is simply what you've learned to survive with.

The job. The relationship. The expectations. The need to be everything for everyone.

And while you've mastered the art of holding it all together, somewhere along the way, you've forgotten what it feels like to be LIGHT.

Maybe you don't need to become stronger.

Maybe you need a safe space to finally put some of it down. ❤️

𝗜 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝘆𝗺 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗮 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴. 𝗜 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗙𝗘𝗘𝗟 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴.

I wanted strength.
I wanted stamina.
I wanted to feel more energetic, capable and connected to my body.

The visible muscles? They were a byproduct. A beautiful one, of course. ❤️

But somewhere along the way, I also realised how easily the gym can become performative.

Another place to chase numbers.
Another place to compare.
Another place to prove your worth.
Another place where you're never quite enough.

And I didn't want that.

Because I already knew what constantly chasing the next milestone does to your nervous system.

So I consciously chose to make my gym a place of 𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲.

A place where I release stress instead of accumulating more.

Where I challenge my body without punishing it.

Where I celebrate progress without making it my identity.

Where showing up matters more than showing off.

And ironically, when I stopped making the outcome the centre of everything, the outcomes followed.

The strength. The stamina. The muscles.

All while finding something far more valuable — a space where I could simply BE.

As a burnout prevention and recovery specialist, this is something I wish more high-achieving women understood. I understood it the hard way:

𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝘆 𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗲𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁.

Let some things in your life nourish you without demanding anything in return.

For me, the gym is one of them.

The muscles are a bonus. The peace is the real gain. ❤️

What is your nourishing space? by @sheownsrooms

Not because she does not love her family. But because she has lost the ability to connect.

I get it. Work achievements are dopamine hits. The ones which make you feel you want more. So the moment you reach a milestone, you start working towards the next.
Dopamine is like that. Kind of the rush you get when you do something adventurous. Plus it is instant.

Connecting with family on the other hand is more of serotonin feel. The sustained happiness. I builds slowly. And once it does, it stays stable. It isn't the instant hit kinds. It is the grounding one.

High achieving women are so wired to dopamine hits that serotonin feels average. Making conmections feels like a task. And the reward for it feels minimal compared to the high of work achievement rush.

Then you start thinking you are not cut out for relationships. Guilt comes in. Your inner voice says you are not a good mother or a wife.

That is not the truth.

You just have lost your ability to connect with the consant pressure to perform.

I know this because I was one of you.

Can I tell you this can be worked on?
Come join The Exhale, a 2 hour immersive private session to uproot your stress and bring in the connection.
