POSTS STORIES REELS

2025 was a year of growth, expansion, and meaningful impact at Holmes University.

From honoring leaders in real estate at A Night of Influence, to graduating nearly forty students across two Ready for Real Estate cohorts, to launching our Youth Program and serving hundreds through Holmes Giving, this year reflected what we believe at our core.

Real estate is more than transactions. It is leadership. It is legacy. It is paying it forward.

Thank you to every student, partner, sponsor, and supporter who helped make this year possible.

Learn. Grow. Pay It Forward. by @sherarduniversity

This decision was not made lightly. As Holmes University continues to grow, we are taking intentional time in 2026 to pause, rebuild, and strengthen our foundation so that what comes next is even better.

This moment allows us to refine our vision, support our founder, and explore new ways to continue serving our community during this transition. We are grateful for the trust, support, and belief you have shown us over the years.

Ready for Real Estate is more than a program. It is real education, real experience, and real execution led by investors who are actively doing the work.

As we build the next chapter behind the scenes, the mission stays the same. We do not just build investors. We pay it forward. by @sherarduniversity

You walked through those doors with a goal. Maybe you've hit it. Maybe you've pivoted. Maybe you're still in the middle of the work and that's okay too.
However your journey has unfolded, you are still part of this community. Holmes University didn't just teach you real estate. It invested in who you were becoming.
We're building our alumni network and we want to know where life has taken you. Fill out the link in our bio and tell us what you've been up to. Your story matters and it might be exactly what someone else needs to see.
We pay it forward. Always have.

Real estate was just the beginning.
At Holmes University's Youth Program, we made a commitment to developing the whole young adult — not just teaching them what a mortgage is.
Yes, they learned real estate fundamentals. But they also learned about mental health. About personal finance. They fished. They fed the homeless. They even spent a day at @sheslangswood getting hands-on with real tools and real skills.
Because that's what we believe — that the earlier you pour into a young person, the further they go. Knowledge isn't just information. It's confidence. It's exposure. It's showing a young person that the world is bigger than what they've already seen.
Holmes University Youth Program. Building the next generation from the inside out. by @sherarduniversity

Holmes University was founded to create real access to the real estate industry for people who deserve a seat at the table. From Ready for Real Estate cohorts to youth programming to our annual gala — every program is rooted in one belief: preparation leads to legacy. We're pausing programs in 2026. But we are not pausing our purpose. #HolmesUniversity #ReadyForRealEstate #MilwaukeeRealEstate #HolmesGiving by @sherarduniversity

Markeda Cain joined Ready for Real Estate in 2023 as part of Cohort 6 with a clear goal to learn the industry and build something of her own.

Since completing the program, she has continued to apply what she learned, taking the next steps in her real estate journey and putting that knowledge into action.

Stories like Markeda’s are a reminder of what this work is about. Creating access, building confidence, and equipping people with the tools to move forward in the industry. This is what Holmes University looks like in real life. 🖤

Holmes University has always been about more than real estate. It is about access. Leadership. Legacy.

From educating future real estate professionals to creating opportunities for the next generation through our youth programs and community initiatives, our mission has always been bigger than a single event or program.

We are still here. Still building. Still committed to the work that matters most.

Cohort 9 took Ready for Real Estate beyond the classroom and into the field. This cohort traveled to Detroit for an immersive experience focused on real-world investing, market exposure, and learning beyond city limits.

From property walkthroughs to on-the-ground insight, this experience reinforced one of our core beliefs at Holmes University: real estate education is most powerful when it is applied. Cohort 9 continues to represent growth, curiosity, and commitment to building through knowledge. by @sherarduniversity
