WE’RE BACK. 🌀 After a few month break, @sheriblanc and I are returning to ALL THE gongs this Saturday for Stillpoint — our monthly heart-centered Gong Immersion @considerityoga If you’ve experienced this one before, you already know… there’s something about being surrounded by this much brass, sound, and vibration that hits different. And if you haven’t? You don’t want to miss this one. ✨ This Saturday ✨ 6:30 PM ✨ Consider It Yoga ✨ $45 — bring your own mat and all your comforts Come get still with us. Tonight marks four years of New Moon Gong Baths with @sheriblanc. When I look back at that very first session, I never could have imagined where this journey would lead. Sheri may not realize just how much of an impact she has had on me. She introduced me to the gong in a way that invited curiosity, reverence, and exploration. She helped me deepen my appreciation for this incredible instrument and encouraged me to discover my own relationship with it. Over the years, she has been so much more than a collaborator. She has been a mentor, a trusted sounding board, a source of encouragement, and a most importantly dear friend. Together we’ve shared countless sessions together and with @thesoundhealerscollective , witnessed beautiful transformations, held space through life’s seasons, and welcomed so many wonderful people into these gatherings. Tonight, I simply want to say Thank you✨. Thank you for opening your arms, sharing your wisdom, supporting my growth, and for four years of friendship, laughter, and moonlit magic. What a gift it has been. 🌙🤍✨ by @sheriblanc
Last night was a beautiful reminder of what happens when community comes together. ❤️ Under the sunset, on the pier of the USS ORLECK, we gathered for movement, sound, connection — and most importantly, to show up for @yhangquintero. We couldn’t have made this happen if it wasn’t for: Nadia @fhnsajax @alejandra.amegin @sheriblanc everyone who showed up, and community partners who donated raffle items💛 Together, we raised over $1,300 to support him as he faces the road ahead. And beyond the dollars raised, there was so much love and good energy in that space. Yhang, we’re rooting for you. We’re sending you love, strength, healing energy and a whole community behind you. ❤️ To every person who showed up, donated, shared, practiced, played and helped make this night happen — thank you. This is the power of community. ✨ #SoundBathJAX #JacksonvilleCommunity #SoundHealing #CommunityHealing #USSORLECK by @sheriblanc
