Listen to a Boca native ☀️🌴

I grew up in Boca, moved to Miami, and eventually came back — so I’ve experienced both.

Now, as a Boca realtor, I understand why so many families are making the move.

More space, more outdoor time, family-friendly neighborhoods, and a slower pace — without giving up great restaurants, shopping, and plenty to do.

I came back because I wanted this lifestyle for my own family.

Here are five reasons to move to Boca
✔️better schools
✔️ less traffic
✔️ family oriented neighborhoods
✔️ more parks and outdoor activities
✔️more space for your money

Send this to someone who needs to move to Boca

Fresh mountain air 🐻 by @shirakoolik

I grew up in Boca, moved away for a little, and came running right back so Drew could grow up with the same kind of childhood I had and boy is he lucky.

Playing tennis with friends until it got dark, walking to school, beach weekends, birthday parties at the pool, and chasing my brothers around the neighborhood.

Now it’s so crazy getting to watch Drew grow up doing the same kind of things. We live 5 minutes from my parents, so he gets to see them basically every day, and I work with my family too, which means we’re all together all the time.

The older I get, the more I realize how special that is. Being close to family, raising your kids around cousins and grandparents, and giving them the kind of childhood you loved so much yourself.

if you’re thinking of making the move to South Florida… DO IT! You won’t regret it and I am here to help you make that happen. ☀️
