🕉️The nine nights of Navratri celebrate the power of the Divine Feminine, the creative force of Maa Shakti that brings strength and transformation into our lives.

A special time for prayer, fasting and reflection, may this Navratri bring you closer to your faith and fill your heart with devotion and gratitude. 🙏❤️

You don’t just hear sound, your body experiences it as vibration.

These vibrations can help ease muscular tension and encourage physical release, while layers of sound give an overactive mind somewhere to settle. Together, they create space for stillness, clarity and deep restoration.

Sometimes the best way to know is to experience it. ✨

Come as you are and leave feeling lighter. ✨

𝗝𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝗙𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 for a deeply nourishing Sound Bath designed to help release physical tension, quiet the mind and create a gentle 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝘁.

Let the soothing tones of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, gong and other healing sounds guide you into a state of deep relaxation, an effortless meditation where you can simply relax and receive.

The guidance is already there. The work isn’t finding it; it’s clearing what prevents us from hearing it.

The noise of overthinking, the rush of daily life, and endless distractions can all drown out the quiet voice of our inner wisdom. Slowing down and creating space through stillness and presence helps us hear the gentle guiding voice more clearly.

The guidance is never absent, being able to receive it is the practice.🧘‍♀️💛

Not everything in life can be explained, controlled or understood by the mind.

Some of the deepest growth and transformation happens in unseen ways, beyond logic or effort. The more we let go of the need to have all the answers, the more space we create for something deeper to emerge.

Trust what is unfolding. 🕉️🙏🏽✨
