The Edit // Nesting Bowls by Kati Von Lehman
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This set of nesting bowls is both beautiful and endlessly useful — a real two-for-one. Use them apart to hold a summer’s bounty, or together: one for a fresh salad and the other for bread, or crudité and dips. The smooth matte glaze looks a bit different in every light — deep forest, warm brown, and a flash of vivid green by @shop.allpurpose

Summer Favorites // Hard Strong Japanese Stacking Glasses
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You’ve almost certainly drank from one of these without noticing — the simple, sturdy, stackable glass that turns up in restaurants everywhere.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Toyo-Sasaki invented the HS, short for Hard Strong, in 1967 — the first glass in Japan with a rim toughened so it wouldn’t chip. The design hasn’t changed since, and it even won Japan’s Long Life Award in 1974: the thick rim takes a beating, the body resists scratches, and they stack down small for tight kitchens.

I use the 8.5oz for iced tea and water, the little 7oz for wine that needs no ceremony. by @shop.allpurpose

In Season // Summer Bathing
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Designed in the Antipodes and produced in Portugal, these 100% organic cotton towels by Baina are some of my favorites. The bath mats are a 950 GSM, meaning they are thick, plush, and incredibly absorbent. The Cement and Rhus check feels unexpected, inspired by vintage tiles found in Italy. by @shop.allpurpose

In Season // Happy Summer Solstice

I love these long summer days. My neighbor brought me daisies from her yard today, which feels like the perfect summer treat, set in the Ribbon vase by Nathalee Paolinelli — each one is hand-built and one of a kind, inspired by nature. This is the one I keep reaching for.
