Gunite day at Oak House 💥

Before it’s beautiful, it has to be strong.

One day this pool will be calm water under the oaks of Coconut Grove. Today it’s steel, concrete and hands that shape every inch. The best details are the ones you’ll never see, and they’re the ones that make everything else last.

Where color, culture, and craftsmanship come together🌵 @jajajamexicana

A playful celebration of Mexico, reimagined in the heart of Wynwood. Natural light pours through a palette of earthy tones, vibrant colors, and unexpected details, creating a space that feels warm, expressive, and unmistakably alive.

A little bit of Mexico, a little bit of Miami, and a whole lot of personality.

Oak House — a home shaped to breathe between two mature oaks 🌳

Taking shape beneath the canopy of Coconut Grove, the home responds to what was already there — bringing structure, material, and craftsmanship together with quiet precision.

Where architecture meets nature 🌴

Three levels. Two rooftop terraces. Oceanfront living with the beach just beyond the door.

A private residence nestled into its surroundings — now taking shape from the outside in.

Where waterfront views meet modern craftsmanship 💙

We’re incredibly proud to have built this single-family residence in Coconut Grove — recently sold off-market for $71.2.

Honored to see our work appreciated at this level!

Where warm woods meet modern lines 🌳

We are thrilled about the progress on this new restaurant. An open layout where light, trees, and texture shape the experience. Building a trattoria with soul—one detail at a time.

✨ A day to remember x @refikanadol

Throwing it back to when we had the honor of hosting an unforgettable evening at our Surf Club penthouse — a one-of-a-kind project designed by the iconic @hollyhuntdesign - who joined us alongside a phenomenal group of industry leaders.

The space came alive with the immersive digital art of @refikanadol - presented by @blackdoveart blending architecture, design, and innovation in spectacular harmony.

Grateful for the creative minds who celebrated with us — and excited for what’s next.

Interior design at Murano Grande in South Beach

Pardon the dust as Yulian takes us on a tour of our interior design that’s taking shape at Murano Grande. This beautiful condo has commanding water views that are rivaled by the finishes and craftsmanship of its interiors. We are proud of the work our vendors are doing and can’t wait to deliver this project to our wonderful clients.

Special thanks to EVM, Shorecrest, Ornare, AVX, ARCA, and Storia Flooring for their incredible work.
