MEET SHORE SHAPE’S FOUNDER AND LEAD TRAINER ♾️

Jonathan Blane Shore has trained in strength, resistance, conditioning, flexibility, performance and dance disciplines consistently for most of his professional life. In the 7 years since opening @shoreshapeza , Jonathan has amassed thousands of sessions with a diverse range of clients from all ages and fitness levels. He has worked all the way from complete newcomers, to specialist technique work on seasoned lifters and rehabilitation on a multitude of clientele.

He has followed and gained his knowledge from international programs laid out by some of the best fitness trainers and sports scientists in the world. Jonathan completed his formal academic studies through the TriFocus Fitness Academy, obtaining both a National Diploma and a National Certificate of Fitness, as well as numerous other certifications - namely in Group Instructor training, Online Bootcamp, Sports Psychology, Life Coaching, a Sports Nutrition Diploma (UK), as well as Social Media Management. He is also a Certified Rebounding Instructor with @mybounti with @lisaraleigh , currently teaching classes at their HQ Studio in Bryanston.

Jonathan proudly also works in conjunction with many professionals in multiple fields - namely, dieticians, physiotherapists, chiropractors and doctors in order to ensure that the user experience at @shoreshapeza goes beyond just a training space - but a holistically academic and scientifically grounded one as well. by @shoreshapeza
